Villa Mimma is a fabulous 6 bed room villa , within walking distance of the Marina at Portals and just 15 minutes from the City of Palma.
The location of the villa is perfect, set in a quiet position yet within a short walk to Puerto Portals with its beach and amenities.
The villa is spread across various levels. At entrance level there are 2 en-suite bathrooms. For convenience there is a cloak room also on this level. Access to the large open plan living/dining room. There is a flat screen satellite TV, air con, wifi /internet access and DVD player.
Moving though to the kitchen which is modern and bright. and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven ,hob, Coffee maker, toaster, large fridge/freezer ,small fridge and separate wine chiller a good dining table can also be found here. This leads onto the large terrace area with seating and dining table. Here you overlook the pool and sun deck.
Heading to the first floor where you will find the large master bedroom. This has an en-suite and dressing room, large terrace and access to a roof top decked area.
At the basement level are the further bedrooms, further bedrooms and a bathroom. The bed configuration is : Large master, ensuite bathroom ,dressing room , private balcony & upper sun terrace, bedroom 2 double bed +en-suite, bedroom 3 ,2 single beds +en-suite, bedroom 4 ,double bed +en-suite , bedroom 5 ,2 single beds, bedroom 6 , double bed shared bathroom for bedroom 5 & 6. There is also another chill out sitting room and games room.
Externally there is a salt water pool which is approximately 8x 5 mtrs, large garden ,decked area around pool for sun bathing also a decked roof area, there are 10 outside loungers , external dining there is a table with 8 chairs on the terrace and another 2 dining tables around the pool area that each seat 6 with sofa seating. The villa has private off road parking, various terraced areas.
The villa is located within a 10 minute walk of the Marina at Puerto Portals. Here you will find an array of amenities and beach.
* Please note * The price is based on 8 clients , there is an extra 250€ charge per person per week/stay. A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay. A 1000€ security deposit is required against damage & will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay. On arrival the ECO tax of 2€ per person over the age of 16 per night is payable to the property manager.
