Description

This fabulous detached villa for max. 6 persons is situated on a quiet side street of Mazarrón Country Club.

It has a large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with French doors leading to the patio garden.

There are three good size bedrooms: Master bedroom with a double bed leading to its own bathroom with a shower, second bedroom with a double bed. The third bedroom with made-to-measure bed is situated in the tower and can be accessed via an outside staircase (not suitable for small children). There is also another bathroom with a shower.


The property has a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster water kettle and Nespresso coffee maker.


Private swimming pool (9x4 m) and hottub for 4 persons (used only in the winter). Large tiled garden with flowers and desert plants.
The villa has card-operated air conditioning, which can be used as a heating in winter.

There is a log burner in the living room that makes the villa suitable for long term winter stays.
