Villa María is located in a quiet residential area, Binixica, less than 5 minute drive from Sant Climent village and the beautiful white sand bay at Calan Porter, where you will also find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Other south coast beaches (Binidalí, Binibeca, Binisafúa) and the capital town Mahón, can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The airport is less than 10 minutes drive away.The garden offers various areas for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. Accessed directly from the lounge, kitchen and ground floor bedrooms, is a shaded porch furnished with garden sofas, a dining table with chairs and barbecue. Around the swimming pool is a terrace with sunbeds and a grass lawn next to an elevated deck, which is ideal for enjoying the country views.
The villa is modern with comfortable and quality furniture.

COVID-19 Conditions: In the case that guests have to cancel their stay due to lockdown travel restrictions caused by COVID-19, the full amount paid will be transferred to alternative dates.
