Description
This large, 3 bedroom villa is the most spectacular in the popular Anfi Tauro complex set in the quiet and idyllic Tauro valley.Imagine waking up to the sounds of tweeting birds as the sun rises over the golf course beside the villa. Take a dip in the private heated swimming pool then relax in the beautiful garden with uninterrupted views of the sea. When you are up for it, brew some coffee and have breakfast in the garden. Plenty of time for golfing or sunbathing.
The unique beauty of Villa Carmela is it is the closest villa to the sea in the whole complex and is not overlooked so offers uninterrupted views and complete privacy.
The garden gets the sun almost for the entire day so if sun worship is your goal it is perfect. However, if you prefer the shade we have plenty of outdoor space that is covered and shady. You will find fantastic uninterrupted views over the Atlantic ocean and the 2nd green of the golf course.
Why not pick some fresh mint from our small organic garden and enjoy fresh mint tea from the terrace while watching the boats sail up and down the coast. Don't worry there should be plenty of mint left over to enjoy cocktails later in the evening.
We provide free Wi-Fi internet access and we have an IPTV media box that provides all UK and Scandinavian TV channels.
There are large picture windows and full length sliding doors that afford exceptional sea and golf views from inside the property.
There is a stunning garden with a webber gas BBQ, a private heated pool and an outside shower....
New air-conditioning recently installed throughout villa including a "quiet" mode for sleeping. The whole villa has recently been upgraded and refurbished at substantial cost so it really is the best villa in Anfi Tauro.
In the master ensuite bathroom there is also a fantastic jacuzzi bath so you can really relax and get into holiday mode.
Highest quality comfortable bedding and mattresses so you can fully relax and enjoy a great nights sleep.
The complex also has 2 common swimming pools which guests have access to. One of the communal pools is heated.
There is also a large supermarket and a nice grill restaurant next door. They are well renowned for their BBQ's..
Anfi Tauro is the perfect place to kick back and relax with family and friends.
It is perfect for families and we can provide baby cot, high chair and push buggy for the kids :-)

Superb holiday home
By Dylan Jane on 01-Apr-2024A superb holiday home in a great and peaceful location. Gerard is the perfect host who is on hand before and during the stay. The villa is really spacious inside and out and is well maintained. The outside space is perfect for families of all ages and is not overlooked at all. Easy to get around to Puerto Rico and Mogan via taxi. The Spar and restaurant are a few minutes walk away and very useful. All in all a lovely place to enjoy a relaxing holiday and will be booking again!
Amazing villa

This was a special trip for us as 3 of us just had big birthdays, myself 50, my daughter 21 and mum 70, when booking we wanted a place that suited everyone and this Villa couldn't have been more perfect. The Villa is itself is beautiful and the setting is so peaceful and very beautiful. I would definitely recommend watching the sunrise and sunset both are spectacular. Villa is very spacious throughout and has everything you would need for your stay. Beds are very comfortable as is all the furniture inside and out. Gérard was extremely welcoming and made sure that we knew he was contactable if any issues, thankfully we didn't have any other than we didn't want to leave. We hope to return to Villa Carmella very soon.
Fantastic vacation
By Peter Jones on 01-Feb-2026We stayed at Villa Carmela for 5 weeks and had a wonderful time. The villa was very spacious and the location was superb. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and were brilliantly looked after by our host Gerard. From the whole booking process before we arrived, to dealing with our requests during our stay, Gerard responded quickly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble for him. The villa location was perfect for visiting all the nearby towns and villages (car essential for convenience) and was only a 35-40 minute drive from the airport. Gerard did everything to make sure we had a superb vacation and we will definitely return in the future.
Great Stay
By Janneke on 01-Apr-2024We enjoyed the stay in villa Carmela a lot! We booked the house with 2 families and 3 small children. We all had a great holiday. Beaches are close by and the hot tub with the amazing view was a very nice feature. Ger is very communicative and helps out when needed.

Awesome Villa (Great Location)
By Niklas on 01-Jun-2024Six friends and I stayed at Ger's Villa for 10 days and we were very happy with quite everything. The villa is just as described, it is quite big and you have got everything you need to have an awesome stay. The location next to the Anfi Tauro Golf is perfect since you can reach Puerto Rico within a 5 minutes car drive. There you can find many restaurants, bars, etc. Furthermore, you are also within minutes of different beaches, some even in walking distance. Ger was a very helpful and friendly host, who trusted us even though he had his concerns hosting the villa for 7 young adult males. Thanks for everything
