Situated just 50 metres from the Mediterranean Sea, a 2 minute stroll to the beautiful sandy beach, and adjacent to restaurants & all amenities, the apartment occupies an exceptional and sought-after south-facing location with stunning views over the sea and picturesque marina.

Step out of the door at street level and straight into any number of first class restaurants & bars offering all kinds of international cuisines, as well as traditional Spanish, which will suit all tastes & budgets. The marina, a supermarket, bank, and many interesting and trendy shops are no more than a minutes walk. Boat trips along the coast & a variety of water sports (e.g. scuba diving, snorkelling, and jet-skis) are readily available.

This is a no pet property.

WI-FI is available in a cafe just 4 doors along from the apartment building. Check your emails whilst enjoying breakfast or a drink in the sun!

The door leads onto the private terrace and the fabulous views over the sea and the distant mountains, and the window at the far end of the living/dining room overlooks the marina. Undoubtedly, the most privileged spot in Moraira.

Both bedrooms have double beds, wardrobe / storage space, and fans. The master bedroom has lovely views from the windows. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, basin & WC.

South-facing, the terrace enjoys the sun all day long and, as the day draws to a close, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea.

The kitchen is open plan to the living/dining room and includes a dishwasher, oven & hob, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The apartment is situated in a pedestrian area on the 3rd floor, with a secured main entrance and lift access.

FREE 24 hour parking is available close by (5 mins walk), and it is possible to drop off passengers and luggage adjacent to the apartment building.

A cot can be provided to accommodate an infant on request.

A very nice apartment right in the middle of Moraira. Everything is available just outside the door. The beach, restaurants, water sports, shops. The apartment is very well equipped and I would return again soon.

This apartment was everything we needed, two of us stayed in August 2016. The location was perfect, in the town of Moraira looking over the marina, on the door stop of the beach, local shops and restaurants. I would definetely come here again, the apartment could easily support four people so will be bringing friends next time. The apartment itself is comfortable with a modern feel and has everything you need provided, the view from the apartment looks exactly as shown on the website - 5 stars.
