Description
The houses are located in a quiet, private estate, with a communal swimming pool. They are built in traditional Spanish style surrounded by beautiful flowers, shrubs and palm trees. There are two properties available, Nos. 4 and 5 Pueblo Andaluz and they each have two bedrooms, kitchen and living room, and No. 4 has two bathrooms. They have air conditioning and wifi connection, and both have a roof terrace with gorgeous views. The nearest beach (Burriana) is about 500 metres away and the town centre is approximately 10 minutes walk away.
One doesn't need a car to stay in Nerja, as the restaurants and shops are easily accessible on foot. One of the best restaurants in Nerja is actually situated on the estate. There is an excellent bus service, which is very cheap, and you can access the lovely mountain village of Frigiliana, the Water Park at Almuneca, the Caves, which are spectacular, and many other delightful places.

Loved it
By Jon on 29-Apr-2025We went there for our honeymoon and just had the most fabulous time. We both fell in love with the authentic Andalucian style with beautiful landscaped gardens all around us. The house was very comfortable, well equipped with lovely views from the roof terrace, easy walk into town with where there are fabulous restaurants and cafés plus Burriana beach of course. Just a great place to go. We are going back in June and we're both really looking forward to it!
A peaceful, relaxing holiday
By Sue Bridle on 14-Jul-2025This lovely Andalucian property provided the perfect accommodation for a much needed relaxing break. The roof terrace looks across the pretty complex to the sea providing a lovely area to sunbathe. The main bedroom also faces in the same direction with a balcony over looking the gardens which is a wonderful way to wake up. The property has everything you need for a self catering holiday. We also loved being able to walk down to Burriana beach in the day and into Nerja each evening to sample the wonderful restaurants, bars and shops and then slept peacefully in the air conditioned bedrooms.

By Julie on 12-Sep-2025Lovely Andalusian style property on very pretty estate. Easy access into Nerja, Beach, Bus Station and Taxi rank. Enough room (unusual for rentals) to host friends for evening meals etc and Kitchen is fully equiped. If thats not for you, Nerja is a bustling town with restaurants to suit every palate. Super frequent transport links to Malaga, Frigiliana and Alumnecar. You do no NEED to hire a car!

It has everything you need to cook if you want to eat in and a beautiful roof terrace for sunbathing and alfresco eating. Bedrooms are comfy with plenty of storage and one has a small balcony which was lovely to have our morning cup of tea on 🥰 The urbanisation is beautiful, very private and quiet with flowers everywhere. Will definitely be booking again x

Nice place to stay
By Linda O'Connell on 03-Jan-2025We stayed at No 4. The urbanization was in a nice neighbourhood near to Burriana beach and close to the Parador area. House had been updated with new kitchen and main bathroom. Comfortable double bed. Lovely sunny patio at the front and roof terrace to dry washing. Walk to town was 15-20 mins but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Good hotel on same road with happy hour and good takeaway options. Complex has a nice pool but we didn't use as it was January! Not all bars and restaurants open but still plenty of options. On street parking and in nearby streets. Never a problem. Any minor issues were dealt with promptly and communication with owner was excellent.
