A modern apartment only just renovated to a very high standard located at the end of Calle Carabeo, one of Nerja’s prettiest streets. The street retains much of its old Andalucian charm and is the most sought after address in Nerja.

The Balcon de Europa and the restaurant filled streets of the town centre are a pleasant 4 minute stroll away as are the Callahonda and Salon Beaches, while the Carabeo beach is 1 minute. On the first floor of a well-maintained complex of just 18 units secured by railings, the apartment overlooks the communal pool and the pedestrian Calle Carabeo. Frontline to the sea, the apartment benefits from stunning sea views, while the large communal roof terrace, with sun loungers/tables/chairs affords both sea and mountain views.

Accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms – double and twin, both with ample storage. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen and corner dining area. The bright living area has been tastefully decorated and the internet TV offers over 190 channels in a choice of languages, including UK; Irish; German; French and Spanish TV Channels. There is also a DVD player and a selection of DVDs.

The apartment offers free WIFI to our guests.

The main bedroom has a 150cm double bed and built-in sliding wardrobe. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe. All bed linen and towels are provided. Additional bed linen and towels are supplied for guests staying 2 or more weeks. Mid-holiday cleans can be arranged on request. There are 4 beach towels in the apartment for your use.

Both the bedrooms and the main living area have been fitted with dual purpose Air Conditioning Units, to heat or cool the room. Portable radiators are also provided should this be the preferred heating source.

The fully fitted modernised kitchen is equipped with all amenities including cooker, hob, large fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A separate dining area comprises a booth style corner bench and 2 chairs. A hidden service area houses the household appliances including washing machine and cordless hoover.

Bright and airy, the living area is south facing and looks out to the sea. Includes a comfortable 2-seater sofa and armchair, Internet TV with 190 channels and a DVD player. Selection of DVDs and games for your use.

The south facing balcony terrace overlooks the pool and enjoys full sun for a good part of the day. The bi-folding patio doors allows easy access to the balcony creating an indoor-outdoor living vibe with stunning views. Enjoy dining at the outdoor table or relaxing on the outdoor bench seat.

The re-fitted bathroom is complete with underfloor heating, a large shower with sliding doors, overhead and handheld shower heads, and a floating vanity unit.

Centrally located, the apartment is a 2-10 minute walk to most amenities and is ideally located for guests who wish to be closer to the centre. On the first floor, there is a short flight of steps to enter the community and gain access to the building, and then a flight of steps to the apartment. The pool is at the main entrance. There are no steps in the apartment and shower access is at floor level.

The recently retiled and extremely well maintained shared pool has lovely views of Burriana Beach. Equally well maintained, the facade of the building is in the Spanish Colonial style and is one of the most distinctive and iconic in Nerja. It is complimented by flowers, potted plants and a feeling of tranquillity. The large roof terrace with stunning sea views is ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining with its communal sun beds and outdoor furniture. It also has the communal clothes line.

Fabulous apartment and a great location

The apartment is really nice and has everything you need . It is in a great location close to The Balcon and restaurants. I would highly recommend and would love to return.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea

Newly modernised apartment in a great central location with amazing views of the sea. We couldn't fault the apartment, it's renovated to a very high standard and equipped with everything you need. Rebecca was a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Wonderful

We have stayed at many different apartments all being the Parador/Burriana beach side of town. Wanted to go for New Year as we have never visited at that time of year before. Came across this lovely apartment which is just perfect. The apartment itself was beautiful inside and equipped to a very high standard, everything you could possibly need was there. And exceptionally clean throughout. The shower was great and the heated floor in the bathroom was lovely. The balcony was well furnished and great for people watching. The view from the balcony and lounge are stunning with great sea view and overlooking the pool. The sunrises were amazing, so many different colours. There is a communal roof terrace with sunbeds and cushions in the apartment for these. The apartments are very secure. We have walked passed the apartment block many many times and have always thought we’d like to stay there. The position is possibly the best we have stayed in for the Balcon and beach. Rebecca was fantastic and very patient with me and all my questions, I must have driven her mad! Rebecca arranged the taxi to and from the airport and all went very smoothly. We will definitely stay here again. Only downside was we couldn’t stay for longer. Thank you Rebecca & Dave From Alison and Steve

Pleasant 11 day stay

This apartment is very well located at the end of the very attractive calle carabeo. The facilities are of a high standard and it is very well equipped. It has a wide range of satellite channels including all the main English ones and is very easy to operate. The beds are very comfortable . The apartment on arrival was in a very clean and tidy state and has obviously been well maintained. There is excellent security - both to the block of apartments overall and to this specific apartment.

Everything you need for a great holiday!

We stayed at the Carabeo Apartment for 2 weeks in July, it was just perfect for a great holiday in Nerja. The apartment itself has everything you need to make your holiday comfortable, it has modern kitchen facilities and washing machine, which was handy for a 2 week stay. The Air Con is good and needed in July. It has a modern bathroom, with shower. It is a few steps from the pool, which isn't huge but perfectly adequate and a lovely temperature, which is highly unusual. The main asset to this apartment is it's location, it couldn't be more perfect, if you love the Beach, it is just across the road, the main area of shops and restaurants are a stroll away and if you want a walk over to Burianna Beach and Beach bars, that is just a 10 min walk the opposite direction. You couldn't not enjoy this Apartment in the lovely Nerja. We are definitely going back.

Our first visit to Nerja

We stayed at this apartment for the first two weeks in July 2019. The whole holiday experience was exceptional. The apartment was clean, cosy and well equipped. It is located on the ground floor and near to the small private pool. There are 3 lovely beaches within minutes of the apartment all accessible by steps. The apartment is conveniently located to all the amenities offered in beautiful Nerja. A real "gem in the sun." Buses run daily from Nerja to other towns and cities in Andalusia and we were lucky enough to visit Malaga, Rhonda and Granada. We were so impressed that we have already booked the apartment for June 2020. A big thank you to Rebecca & David. Nothing was too much trouble and all arrangements with them went smoothly.
