Description

Our detached 3 bed, 2 bath villa is situated in the mature residential area of Los Claveles, Playa Blanca.
Los Claveles is a small development of only 48 homes. The villa is centrally situated on its large corner plot of over 1125 square metres, and has a living space of around 186 square metres. The villa is entered through its own secure, lockable gate and our guest's vehicles can be parked in the private drive, The property has been built in a typical Canarian Cesar Manrique style and has many interesting traditional features.

The villa is South facing and has spectacular, uninterrupted 180 degree sea views across Playa Blanca to the sea, and beyond, to Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. It has an extensive sea facing covered terrace, which is accessed from the lounge and primary bedroom, and is around 80m2, with ample dining and seating opportunities to allow guests to fully appreciate and enjoy the views. The covered terrace is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the view or sunset, or find a spot of shade. An electric grill is also provided for outdoor dining.

Our villa benefits from a large solar heated private pool which is situated on a tiled lower pool deck with sun beds and further outdoor dining consisting of a small bistro table and chairs. A great spot for breakfast!
There are a small number of stairs (4 steps) from the covered terrace leading down to the pool area. The pool deck is an excellent place for sun worshippers to relax and enjoy the sun. The pool has a custom made insulated pool cover to retain heat overnight. The pool is a good size and measures approximately 8m in length by 3.5m wide by 1.5m deep.

The outdoor area is further complimented by well maintained, colourful gardens and traditional cactus planting. These gardens surround the villa and provide colour and interest all year round.

.All the accommodation in the villa is on one level. The bright entrance hall, which leads to the lounge area, has a huge picture window allowing a first glimpse of the amazing sea views. The lounge has a vaulted ceiling making this room feel airy and bright. This area contains comfortable seating and a dining table for 6 persons. The villa has a Smart tv so you can log into Netflix , Disney , Amazon Prime and Apple apps. Free internet access is also provided.

The modern kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary utensils you may require. Appliances such as hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher are in place, It also has a small seating area.

Beyond the kitchen you will find the utility room with large fridge freezer and a washing machine. An external door leads out to the garden to a drying area for laundry.

All three bedrooms are situated along a hallway.
The Primary Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has spacious built in wardrobes. It has double French doors which open out onto the terrace. This south facing bedroom benefits from the spectacular sea view. A remote controlled ceiling fan keeps the room cool during warmer weather. The French door has mosquito nets which can be used if required. The primary ensuite consists of a very large wet room for showering as well as a separate area for the toilet, and double sink vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 is a twin room with two single beds, a lovely vaulted ceiling, and built in wardrobes. This bedroom has a window facing the front of the property. This window also has mosquito nets available for use.
The third bedroom also has twin beds with built in wardrobe space. This bedroom is also south facing and therefore also has great sea views from the window. It also has a remote controlled ceiling fan and mosquito nets.
Both twin bedrooms share use of the recently renovated family bathroom which has a large walk in shower.

A small, but well stocked, supermarket is close by. This is adjacent to the hotel Paradise Island which is situated just across the road from the villa. You can make use of the dining opportunities, bars and evening entertainment at this hotel as it is open to non residents.
Directly in front of our villa is an exclusive time share resort, Jardines Del Sol, which has an excellent pool bar serving meals and drinks all day and into the evening. They also have great cocktails, some evening entertainment, Sunday roast and a happy hour!

The villa is situated within a 5 minute drive or 10/15 minutes stroll to the village of Playa Blanca where you will find all the amenities you need for your holiday (including a beach, shops, bars and numerous restaurants).
If you would rather not walk to the village, a taxi rank will take you to the village. This is about 50m away from the villa, situated just outside Jardines Del Sol, and costs a few euros each way.

All in all, our villa offers the discerning holiday maker a relaxing environment, close to all the amenities with some of the best views on the island.
Your villa will be cleaned and prepared before your arrival, but should you wish to totally unwind and have further cleaning/linen services during your stay, this can be organised, and paid for locally, with our representative in Playa Blanca.
At present, we take payment by BACS.
