A spacious single-story villa that provides guests with a secure and private environment to help create the perfect holiday experience for guests. The villa has a private gated driveway and is surrounded by high walls. There are 2 large, covered patio areas to the rear for shade and comfort and planted borders and gardens A heated 8m x 4m pool completes the perfect location giving you space and privacy.
The villa interior is spacious, clean, and furnished to a high standard throughout. Internally the villa has a large main lounge with dining area and patio door access to the covered outside pergola dining area overlooking the pool and gardens. A large American style kitchen is well equipped with plenty of work surfaces. We offer FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, and UK TV Channels. The villa interior has air conditioning, a main bathroom with walk-in shower and a shower / Bath in the en-suite. See full facilities list below. Coin Box Air Conditioning available if required.
Car hire is not essential at our villa location so take the opportunity to leave the daily routine behind you & simply relax during your holiday.

By Steve and Maria on 21-May-2024The villa is clean spacious and well appointed. It is within walking distance of the main resort although a car is handy for any shopping that you require. The booking process is very easy, and Terry is the perfect host. He is knowledgeable about both the resort and the island and is on call if you have any problems. I can’t praise Terry and the villa highly enough.

By Jill on 05-Mar-2024We have stayed at the Rosemount six times in the last nine years. The villa is well appointed and maintained and comfortable both inside and outside. The outside area is well designed with two eating area including a barbecue a large pool and a hot tub. The area is totally private. Terry is an absolute pleasure to deal with. From first contact by e mail regarding booking to visits to maintain the pool he is always available if needed. He has become a good friend over the years. We have also stayed at the Olivo which is another great villa. I cannot recommend the villas & Terry highly enough.

By Charles Chesterton on 08-Jan-2025Casa Rosemont is a lovely villa with everything you could need. The outdoor space was so good we didn’t bother with the beach! Rosemont rear pool area is surrounded by a high wall so perfect 100% privacy. It’s about a mile walk to town, but taxis are cheap. Having a new Aldi supermarket a mere 5 minute walk away was another plus point. We often walked to work off all the food and wine! See you again soon and would recommend :0)
