Description
A beautiful property offering a stylish and modern interior with private external terraces and lovely views. The villa is fully licensed with a VV license. Please note: this villa is available exclusively for families or couples, given the peaceful environment and residential nature of the area. Situated near the seafront in the Las Coloradas district of Playa Blanca, the property is within walking distance to nearby supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. There is no need for a car, as the local bus stop is just a minute’s walk away. If you choose to rent a car, there is a small parking spot available in the community car park, or alternatively, free parking is available on the street outside. Guests can enjoy access to a lovely communal pool and can reach the seafront in under 5 minutes on foot. The villa’s entrance opens into a spacious courtyard, which leads to all the bedrooms and the main living/dining/kitchen area. The courtyard offers versatile use, as the glass roof can be opened to create a fully private sunbathing space, or it can be closed off, transforming it into a large, all-weather living room. The courtyard also leads to a shaded covered terrace with sea views, and an open, uncovered terrace at the front of the property, which overlooks the communal pool and features sea views along with a gas BBQ for outdoor dining. The three elegant bedrooms are accessible from the courtyard and include a double en-suite, a second double bedroom and a third twin bedroom with access to the second bathroom. Both bathrooms showcase modern Canarian style, with one featuring a beautiful bathtub and the other a shower. The main living area is also accessed from the courtyard and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bright, cozy living space. The property is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, providing the ideal setting for a relaxing family vacation while still being close to all local amenities.Bedroom Details

The pool was fab!
By Nat on 26-Aug-2025Great spot for a family holiday. Plenty of space for a family with young kids, the pool was fab, beds nice and comfy, good location too! Really good communication from the hosts, would defo recommend!
Location is Excellent
By Fernando on 03-Apr-2026Our family stay in Lanzarote was wonderful. The accommodation was in perfect condition, very clean, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, ideal for getting around the island and enjoying both the beaches and the attractions. Also, everything was as described (or even better). We particularly appreciated the quiet surroundings and how well-equipped the place was; we didn't need anything. We would definitely come back, and we recommend it 100% for families who want to enjoy unforgettable days in Lanzarote.

This place is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed

A week here was just what me and my family needed to take some time out, reset and enjoy each other’s company. The villa is so well equipped it had things I didn’t even know I needed!! Including a ride on Vespa for the kids which provided endless fun (and a few arguments ) We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was brilliant, local bars and shops are close by for all your essentials. As well as being a close drive into Playa Blanca and a gorgeous 20 minute walk along the seafront to the marina. Not forgetting the incredibly beautiful Papagayo beach. The pool space was beautiful and clean and so peaceful. We only ever really stumbled across 1 or 2 other residents while we were down there. I could have easily packed up and moved in. Needless to say we were all incredibly sad to say goodbye this morning. We hope to stay again in the future. Thank you for the most amazing week. X

Villa Piedaita: This villa is clearly one of the most beautiful houses that we have had the pleasure of staying in on our previous holidays in Lanzarote. What should be highlighted are the particularly quiet location, the great facilities and the large communal pool in the complex. Optima Villas is characterized by simple, uncomplicated booking and payment processing as well as short response times for inquiries. Particularly noteworthy were the easy accessibility on site and the quick solution to problems (e.g. replacement of a defective coffee machine within a few hours). The cleanliness of the house was excellent and we were very happy about the small welcome package."
Beautiful and spacious villa!
By Rhian on 05-Aug-2024"We have just got back from a week stay at Villa Piedaita. As a family of five with children aged 12,13 &17 the accommodation was perfect! Beautiful and spacious villa! The photos are gorgeous, and they don’t even do the villa justice! The outside area is so big and lovely, with sun and shaded areas. The pool was always quiet, so we mostly had it to ourselves! Although it isn’t a heated pool, the temperature was perfect! We didn’t hire a car but the villas location was perfect for us. Within 5 minutes walking distance there is a supermarket and a few nice bars and restaurants. The marina is a 30 minute walk along a lovely promenade where there are lots of restaurants in a beautiful setting. We also walked to a beautiful beach. It was very safe and lovely crystal clear water. Lots of sun beds available and bars and restaurants. We preferred to walk, but taxis to the marina and beach would be about €4. We had an amazing time, sad to be home. We would definitely like to come back! "
