This lovely Vacation Rental Home is within walking distance (15-20 minutes) of the Marina Rubicon with its exclusive selection of waterfront bars, restaurants and designer shops, as well as being conveniently situated for the Playa Dorada and Costa Papagayo Beaches.The Vacation Rental Home consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom is located upstairs with its own bathroom with twin basins, a walk in shower, toilet and a bidet. It features a super king-size bed (180cm x 200cm).
A spacious upper terrace has been furnished with comfortable rattan sofas, 2 chairs and tables, as well as 2 more sunbeds. Enhanced with more atmospheric lighting this is the perfect place for relaxing with a book and a glass of wine whilst admiring the view of Marina Rubicon and the beautiful sea views over to the island of Fuerteventura.
Downstairs you will find the 2nd bedroom which is furnished with twin beds and a window looking out onto the pool area as well as a complete bathroom with bath tube / shower.
The Vacation Rental Home has 3 separate air conditioning units, located in the Master bedroom, twin bedroom and the lounge, all of these units are coin operated from one main coin unit behind the front door. It is recommendable to have some € coins on you for the first day or night.
The open plan living and dining area has patio doors leading to the outside lounging terrace.
In the living area there is an LG 55″ (139cm) full HD Smart TV with internet tv with over 100 channels to choose from.
The light airy kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer and a Dolce gusto (pod) coffee maker. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the laundry room adjoining the kitchen.
Through the large double doors in the living room you flow through to the outside terrace area.
The Vacation Rental Home has its own electrically heated pool in winter with pool lights, Roman stepped entrance and it is salt chlorinated which is kinder to the skin. Pool size 4 x 3m and 1.1m to 1.4m deep. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
A stunning Jacuzzi hot tub has been tucked into a corner of the terrace and comfortably offers 4 guests the luxury to de-stress or ease any aching muscles! The 6 colour lighting system complements the perfect atmosphere to relax with a glass of bubbly under the star filled sky.
The beautiful terrace benefits from atmospheric wall lights and subtle garden lighting enhances the fabulous bird of paradise shrubs in the evenings.
There is an alfresco dining area and two more sun beds for your enjoyment. There is a Weber Gas BBQ for the budding chef of the party.
The Vacation Rental Home is fully prepared with all bed linen and tea/hand/bath towels provided.
All the windows and doors have shutters which lock to allow cool air to flow around the property.
The Vacation Rental Home is fully registered as a rental property with the local Ayuntamiento (council), the registration number is VV-35-3-0005335 and ESFCTU0000350190005750560000000000000000VV35300053355 in the land registry.
A personal safe is also provided.
Off road parking on the property is available.

Very peaceful and private and contact person very helpful with any queries. Villa is beautifully furnished and so comfortable. Company very easy to book with. This is our 2nd time to use them and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
