Villa 16 is located very close to the beach and pool as well as the shops and restaurants of the golden mile, yet the location is very relaxing and quiet. The villa has a great patio with chairs, sun loungers and a dining table, the living area is very comfortable and the kitchen very well appointed. The bedrooms are all ensuite!...staying in this villa felt luxurious compared with normal holiday accommodation. Richard and Jane were helpful throughout and we''re always prompt with info. We would certainly recommend and are hoping to visit again next year.
Left on Dec 14, 2022 for a stay in Dec 2022 A trip away with our two children in their early twenties and their partners for my husband''s 50th birthday. Villa was very clean and modern fully equipped for self-catering and very much a home from home. The development itself is very well kept and has everything you could possibly need within a minute or two''s walk. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and the owners were very helpful in providing some recommendations. Our children really enjoyed the waterpark which is very close by and being able to walk to various bars in the evening. Jane and Richard were very responsive to all our enquiries and very accommodating in terms of storing luggage etc. Would not hesitate to return.
Left on Oct 21, 2022 for a stay in Oct 2022 Had a fantastic holiday in this villa. It was immaculate with all the amenities we could ask for. In the best location. Two steps to the swimming pool, with the beach and restaurants on the doorstep. Plenty outdoor sitting and sunbathing space. Just perfect - we will definitely look to go back to this villa again.
Left on Jul 16, 2022 for a stay in Jul 2022 We have stayed in many private rentals in Parque Santiago 3 over the years however this poolside villa is the cream of the crop. This was our first time going as a family of 4 adults and two grand children. It suited our needs perfectly. The new kitchen is amazing, everything you could possibly need is there. All 3 bedrooms have ensuite 2 of which have balconies. Outside patio has large table, chairs and sunbeds. Thank you Richard & Jane it was a privilege staying in your lovely villa. Hope we can come back soon Linda & Hugh.
A stay in Sep 2019 I stayed at Jane''''s villa and it was absolutely beautiful. Just as described, fantastic setting, fantastic acoommodation, clean and comfortable. I have already reccomended to a friend who has booked and i am already looking in to my next trip out there Jane was absolutely wonderful, keeping me up to date and informed with all details to ensure my stay was with no faults.
Left on Jun 16, 2019 for a stay in Jun 2019 Had a fantastic week in Tenerife. The villa is very clean and well equipped. Everything you may need and an en-suite for each bedroom. Beds very comfortable and patio area out the front is excellent with your own sun beds. The villa is just a few metres from the pool area and a nice little cafe. No sun-bed or umbrella wars either! We enjoyed drinks on the balcony overlooking the pool each evening followed by a short walk to a huge choice of restaurants and bars. Will be hoping to return to villa 16 soon!
