We had an amazing holiday at Villa Luz . The villa had everything we needed for the 7 of us . There were plenty of dishes , cups and cutlery for us all and the dishwasher came in very handy . We used the pool an awful lot , especially our 3 year old grandson . The villa is in close proximity to some very good restaurants and a handy supermarket , whilst been in a quiet residential area . We spent some time at the port just watching the boats while enjoy a coffe or a drink . We didn't hire a car during our stay but would do on our next stay to see a bit more of the island. We did use the local buses during our stay but found they were few and far between as not many come into Addaia . Taxis were good too . Our communication with the owner was very good throughout .
Believe all the 5 star reviews! This house is lovingly cared for, in excellent condition, and has everything you will need for a wonderful stay (far beyond the basics--Jane has thought of everything including umbrellas and coolers for the beach, pool toys, etc). Each of the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was equally comfortable. The air conditioning works well in all bedrooms and common rooms of the house. The pool is wonderful, clean and had a perfect temperature in August. The neighborhood is very peaceful and within walking distance you have a market, restaurants, the port, a small playground, and lovely viewpoints over the water. Street parking is easy and plentiful. From the first moment to the last, Jane was incredibly responsive and had everything meticulously prepared for our stay. When we had a few mishaps (mistakes we made, a few glasses that our child broke, etc), Jane was gracious and responsive to help us fix/replace things right away. We would love to return one day soon!"
Can't wait to go back. The villa was so spacious and totally big enough for the two families we had staying. The second family were a couple, and the master with ensuite was separated by a door on the landing, so was prefect, as felt like their own private suite. Can't fault how well equipped it was either. Felt like a home from home. Also want to mention the cleaning team, as it was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. We had been to Addaia before and found it just as lovely and friendly as last time. Every restaurant we ate in served lovely food and had great customer service. The small local supermarket was also well stocked, not overpriced, and had very friendly staff. Will definitely go back and stay in this villa again. 100% satisfied.

Thank you for your wonderful review. I do not normally respond to all the thank yous I receive both personally - emails and flowers - as well on the marketing websites I use. In this instance I am because of your comments on the cleanliness. My ‘team’ from MeHoCa work very hard for me often with a short time to achieve perfection.
