*VILLA COMPLETELY REFURBISHED 2025*A two bedroom, two bathroom detached villa with a secluded private heated pool and private parking in the much sought after resort of Puerto del Carmen on the beautiful island of Lanzarote. The villa is located off a quiet street in the popular area of Los Pocillios within a 5 minute walk of the fabulous Los Pocillios beach (400 metres from the villa) and the popular strip of Avenida de las Playas, which has an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops and a seafront view as you stroll along to the old town port and marina. The detached private villa is furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning. It offers everything that you could possibly need for a perfect relaxed break. It has two spacious bedrooms, (main bedroom with 1 double bed and en-suite bathroom; 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds) with plenty of wardrobe space, cosy lounge area, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, spacious terrace and outside dining area, garden, private heated swimming pool (heated Nov - March), private parking space within the grounds of the villa, utility room with washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board. Internet access and high-speed Wi-Fi available for free. British/ Irish TV channels including Sports channels are also available at no extra charge. All bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided. Highly suitable for couples and families.

Villa kept immaculate by amie, real home from home, can't wait to book for next year. Thanks craig and Claire x
Perfect Stay at this Villa

The pool is fantastic, we realy enjoyed it The Villa is located just a short walk from everything. The Beach, Shops and Restaurants of all types. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it, and Claire and Craig were a pleasure to deal with.
Casa Clarisa Lanzarote Fabulous!!

A real credit to the owners. Excellent communication, very helpful and friendly. The property was ideally located, with access to all local amenities and in close proximity to local restaurants. We will definitely be booking again in the very near future.. We will be recommending Casa Clarisa to our friends and family. Thank you hope to stay with you again soon.
Great villa , great pool , good location.

We have been renting villas in this area of puerto del carmen for many years now and would rate this as one of the best we have had. After a couple of small problems in which the owner Craigs parents sorted out within 5 mins as they live only 2 mins away everything else was great. The villa was perfect for our needs with a great pool with the pool heated to a perfect temperature. The outside space was very spacious and peaceful. A big plus too was the WiFi and tv. The TV had every sky channel including all sports channels. A short walk took us to the main drag with its numerous bars and restaurants. Friends from out town visited us one day and were very impressed with the villa so I think they will be booking a villa next time. We had a great time and I would recommend this villa to anyone and craig was very easy to deal with booking the villa. George and Margo Anderson Ayrshire.. 6th-13th september 2016.
Amazing!

Simple to find and all information provided very well by the owners.Very clean and comfortable accommodation,would recommend for a relaxing holiday experience.Super heated pool ,everything maintained to highest standard.Great location close to everything in Puerto del Carmen.Thanks Craig and Claire!
