The Lodge is a delightful detached three bedroom villa with three bathrooms accommodating up to six people. This exquisite villa is ideally situated within the prestigious area of Los Mojones This villa is tastefully decorated to a very high standard with 3 double bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms ,a superbly equipped kitchen and sumptuous sitting room. The master bedroom with its en-suite shower room has French doors that lead on to the terrace. For your comfort and enjoyment a TV Package with SKY Sports and Movies plus BBC1/2, ITV1,2,3,4, CH4/5, RTE1/2,TVE3 etc. is available. The terrace area has alfresco dining for 6 under the Pergola. For guests, sole use we provide a large hot tub for that stimulating and relaxing soak. This charming villa is suitable for couples or families that require that unique holiday experience and for use during those warm sultry evenings the villa is fully air-conditioned (coin operated). HIGH SPEED FIBRE OPTIC BROADBAND WIFI.

Exterior: The terrace area is furnished with comfortable cushioned sun beds. A large hot tub spa Jacuzzi in a private walled area at the rear of the terrace is provided for that soothing and relaxing soak and Hydro-massage.

Notes:
Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons. Extra guests are charged at £113.00 per person per week.
Terms: A £300.00 deposit is payable on booking confirmation. Balance to be paid 55 days prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 hrs on arrival to 10.00 hrs of day of departure
