Description
VV-35-3-0003345 Casa Felipe is a modern, cosy detached vacation rental property set in a small residential complex with a communal pool, just 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants with no hills to climb. Because of its position in the complex, at the end of a short path, but still only 30 metres from the pool, it is perfect for undisturbed sunbathing on comfortable cushioned, sun loungers on an ample terrace. A small garden to the side of the patio, with a couple of strategically placed trees offers even more privacy.There is a built in barbecue and large table for al fresco dining.
A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from an unusual, circular lounge/dining room with a domed ceiling. There is a modern dining table with four chairs and a very large sofa for lounging while watching TV and two separate comfy chairs.
The two bedrooms and two bathrooms lead off the main room of the villa. The villa is completely alarmed and there is a floor safe. I provide a cot and high chair, if required, at no extra cost. There is satellite TV, WiFi, DVD and a hair dryer in the villa.
I live within 3 minutes of the property and so am able to deal with any problems that may arise quickly.
Clients, some of whom have been coming for years, tell me that they love the villa because it is very homely and I strive to make it feel loved and welcoming!
The property is the same price throughout the year for 2 people. There is an additional charge of £25 per week, per person, for up to three extra guests. .

By Donna Day on 11-Jul-2025Stayed for a week with our disabled son, the accommodation and location was just as described and perfect for us. Very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The shared pool was a great addition and we had it to ourselves mostly which was amazing for our son we were very lucky. The facilities Sonja offers at the villa are great, everything you could need and super value for the money. Sonja was great to communicate with from the minute I checked her availability, she even found my son a ball for when we arrived, Great price for the facilities and location we will definitely return. Thanks again for a great break. Donna and family.

By GEORGE & JOSH on 08-Dec-2024Best value for money accommodation myself and my disabled son have stayed at in the 18 years of visiting Puerto del Carmen , Easy communication with Sonja the owner , who goes out of her way to make sure your stay at her villa goes smooth so you can enjoy your stay , loved the nice welcome pack on arrival , villa very spacious , quite area , only easy 5 mins stroll to the strip ,home from home , already booked for 2025 , best value for money holiday ,Thank You Sonja for everything , See you in Dec 25 , George & Josh
Absolutely wonderful
By Leigh on 01-Sep-2024What a fantastic place to stay! Both my partner and I loved the villa, it has everything you need and the terrace is so private. Immaculately clean and very quiet. Lovely touch arriving to a bottle of wine, ice and some bits and bobs until we could get to the shop. Sonja was excellent, always available for any questions. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely villa in a peaceful location but only a 5 minute walk to the high street
By Lisa S on 08-Aug-2021A lovely villa..as shown in the pictures. Very clean throughout. Beds were very comfortable, as was the sofa/ sitting room chairs. The pool was great for the kids to cool off in and the sea just 5 minutes down the road ...perfect for an evening swim and a few drink at the bar. Sonja was very welcoming, quick to reply to messages, and was happy to be contacted if we needed anything. Thank you for a great stay ! 8/8/2021 at 9:21 PM
