Description
Stunning modern villa situated in the prestigious area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen with all amenities to hand. Casa Rossi consists of 5 spacious bedrooms.Upper level consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room, this room is large enough to add a cot or put me up bed for a child, if required, and also has an aircon/heating unit available.
2 twin rooms, both have aircon/heating unit available and is large enough for an extra put me up bed for a child or a cot .
Lower level consists of a large hallway leading to two large bedrooms with king size beds, again these rooms have plenty of room to add extra "put me up" beds or cots if required, one of the rooms is ensuite whilst the other room has its own separate shower room.
As you enter the villa onto a large outdoor dining terrace which overlooks the pool and walk through the front door into a spacious open plan living area which consists of a large lounge to your left and a kitchen/dining room to your right complete with a small office situated just off the kitchen, a handy little area for those guests needing to catch up on a little work in peace whilst away. This floor also has a bathroom with a bath with shower over and also another separate toilet.
This modern tastefully designed villa is light and spacious and would be ideal for large families and groups of friends. Satellite tv with 55”flat screen TV including all sky sports and movies, a games console PlayStation 4 plus Free Wifi is included. The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with silestone surfaces and a separate outdoor "solana" with a washing machine and ample drying space.
You can relax and enjoy the private south facing sun terraces furnished with comfortable sun loungers which are placed around the electricity heated (from Nov - May) 8 x 4 m (approx) pool at the front of the villa as well as enjoy the recreational area at the rear of the villa which includes a pool table and a large hot tub Jacuzzi to soothe away any feelings of stress with hydro air massage, and later dine by moonlight at the outside dining area providing that special 'al fresco' experience, which is complete with BBQ.
The villa is within walking distance to a plethora of excellent bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, there are so many fantastic excursions to book too, most of which offer a free pick up point just a 3 minute stroll from the villa. For advice on "things to do" in Lanzarote please do not hesitate to ask.

Air conditioning and heating units are fitted and run at cost via a coin meter, in all bedrooms and the lounge area.
Linens are changed on day 7 on a minimum 14 night stay.

£100.00 cleaning fee per stay.
Infants are not included in the quote and are chargeable at a normal guest rate.

Great villa good location
By Leslie Moulder on 18-Aug-2025Just got back from a stay in villa casa Rossi in Puerto del Carmen, a very spacious villa ideal for families or groups. location is good, and fairly close to all the things you need for a good holiday, restaurants bars supermarket etc. the pool was a nice size, and not to deep. so ideal for all ages. the only negative would be that you can't access the rear of the property with the hot tub, without going through the villa, especially if you have recently got out of the pool. Ali the owner couldn't of been more helpful, and responded to any messages very quickly, so would certainly recommend staying in this villa.

Big space, spotlessly clean

Both Ali and Lee were so responsive from booking to check in etc. We particularly loved the iPod playlists! Great to have background music playing in the villa.

Amazing stay in a great vllla
By Jim F on 21-Jun-2025Just returned from a week at Casa Rossi. Every aspect of our stay was great. The communication from Ali from initial enquiry through to final day was incredibly efficient- really swift responses to all our questions. We were a party of 9- ages ranging from 16 to 75. All thought the villa was spot on. Location really good although mother in law struggled with the walk to the new town in the heat- but you can ring for a taxi and they are at Villa in 2 mins- that’s just a top tip as It was hard to flag one down. All facilities great.. pool was right size.. pool table and jacuzzi were enjoyed by all. Bedrooms all good sizes. Air con worked well although only had on at night as Villa seemed to keep itself cool in the day. Kitchen well appointed - had everything you need. Ali even messaged me on arrival day at lunchtime saying we could “ check in”- hours ahead of allocated time. She also allowed us to remain in Villa until we had to leave at 5 pm for our flight- with no extra charge. All in all can’t fault any aspect and would definitely recommend Casa Rossi to friends and family.
