Stunning modern villa situated in the prestigious area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen with all amenities to hand. Casa Rossi consists of 5 spacious bedrooms.

Upper level consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room, this room is large enough to add a cot or put me up bed for a child, if required, and also has an aircon/heating unit available.
2 twin rooms, both have aircon/heating units available and one is large enough for an extra put me up bed for a child or a cot .

Lower level consists of a large hallway leading to two large bedrooms with king size beds, again these rooms have plenty of room to add extra "put me up" beds or cots if required, one of the rooms is ensuite whilst the other room has its own separate shower room.

As you enter the villa onto a large outdoor dining terrace which overlooks the pool and walk through the front door into a spacious open plan living area which consists of a large lounge to your left and a kitchen/dining room to your right complete with a small office situated just off the kitchen, a handy little area for those guests needing to catch up on a little work in peace whilst away. This floor also has a bathroom with a bath with shower over and also another separate toilet.

This modern tastefully designed villa is light and spacious and would be ideal for large families and groups of friends. Satellite tv with 55”flat screen TV including all sky sports and movies, a games console PlayStation 4 plus Free Wifi is included. The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with silestone surfaces and a separate outdoor "solana" with a washing machine and ample drying space.

You can relax and enjoy the private south facing sun terraces furnished with comfortable sun loungers which are placed around the electricity heated (from Nov - May) 8 x 4 m (approx) pool at the front of the villa as well as enjoy the recreational area at the rear of the villa which includes a pool table and a large hot tub Jacuzzi to soothe away any feelings of stress with hydro air massage, and later dine by moonlight at the outside dining area providing that special 'al fresco' experience, which is complete with BBQ.

The villa is within walking distance to a plethora of excellent bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, there are so many fantastic excursions to book too, most of which offer a free pick up point just a 3 minute stroll from the villa. For advice on "things to do" in Lanzarote please do not hesitate to ask.
