Top floor, one bedroom holiday apartment rental located in a quiet, compact, secure apartment complex of only 8 apartments.

COVID 19: Our apartment is thorouly cleaned prior to all guests staying with us.

The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds which are longer that usual with thick comfy mattresses. The bedroom stays cool in the summer as shutters are fitted to the window . The bathroom has a walk in shower. The kitchen has a full cooker with ceramic hob, microwave and coffee machine. An iron and board are provided. The lounge has two long comfortable sofas, tv with satellite which gives you BBC and ITV with more English channels and a DVD player. Free wifi is provided . A safety box is provided free of charge. A hairdryer is also provided.

The balcony is furnished . There are sunbeds ,with thick pads, for guests to sunbathe around the pool.

There is a hard stand outside the complex with easy parking and also street parking.

The complex is situated on a quiet street away from all noise and traffic.

You will find supermarkets all within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The avenida is just a short walk from the apartment where you will find shops and restaurants. You will find a bus stop on the avenida which will bring you to Arrecife where you can get buses to explore the island . There is also a taxi rank on the Avenida a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Supplemental charges are applied for any bookings under 7 nights.
