Villa Cartaphilus – Luxury 6 Bed Villa in Los Mojones
This luxurious 6 bedroom villa in Lanzarote has four bathrooms and accommodates 14 guests. Set in Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The villa is situated in a quiet and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. A great location only a 13 Min walk to the Beach.
To the front entrance of this villa you will find a spacious car port that will fit two cars. With lovely tropical gardens with various cacti and other sub tropical plants. Along the side of the villa you can follow a path that takes you from the car port around to the front door and then onto a side gate of the private swimming pool.

Entering through the villa from the front door, you will be greeted with stunning full length floor to ceiling windows and three sliding glass doors, giving you an outstanding view of the swimming pool and terrace area. The living space, with split-level dining and a comfortable lounge area, together with the high ceilings make the villa airy and spacious.

The latest entertainment system including a massive 52-inch-high definition multi-channel (including English and Irish channels) TV. Netflix, a DVD player, during their stay. Six Bedrooms
Cartaphilus has plenty of space with the accommodation comprising of six large bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of two master bedrooms with en-suite, two triple bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, all of which are furnished to the highest standard.
Bedrooms Three and Four share a bathroom, with a bath, WC, double hand basin, walk-in shower and wall mounted hair dryer.
Bedrooms Five and Six share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, double hand basin and wall mounted hair dryer.
Master Bedroom
Super king size bed, multi-channel TV, DVD player, free air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The spacious en-suite bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, WC, double hand basin, and wall mounted hair dryer.
Twin Bedroom (six)
This large twin bedroom has two single beds. Shares a bathroom with bedroom five. Comprising a walk-in shower, WC, double hand basin and wall mounted hair dryer.
Master Bedroom Two
Super king size bed, free air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, WC, walk-in shower, double hand basin, and wall mounted hair dryer for your use.
Triple Bedroom Three
A double bed, single bed, free air-conditioning, ceiling fan and wall mounted hair dryer.

Exterior Areas Of The Villa
Large Heated Swimming Pool
This prestigious villa is a detached property. Both private and secluded with mature tropical gardens. Enclosed with large walls made out of lava giving you privacy during your holiday.
There is an large and inviting salt water swimming pool that you can enter via Romanesque style steps. The pool is 8 metres long and 4 metres wide and has cool up-lights that shine at night-time. The shallow end is a metre deep and the deep end is 1.35m. This swimming pool is electrically heated from October 20th until May 1st.
Small Baby Pool
A small baby pool is attached to the main pool, allowing you to relax as the children play close by. Extensive open and covered terraces and spacious patio areas with several sun loungers. Beach towels are provided.
There is also an outdoor shower along side the pool area.
Cleaning
Two/Three persons: clean on arrival only
Four persons +: up to 10 nights clean on arrival only
Four persons +: 11-14 nights clean on arrival and mid stay full clean, towel and linen change
There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person staying.
There is a state of the art custom built charcoal barbecue, with plenty of garden seating for you to enjoy dining al-fresco. A pool table and darts can also be found in the patio area.
Security & Accessibility
Modern security alarm systems, including three safes, are fully fitted, to ensure you peace of mind while staying in Villa Cartaphilus. All windows throughout the villa have a safety latch so you can open them during the night and still feel secure.
Notes:
Tariff: Rates for are for up to four persons . Extra guests are charged at £125.00 per person per week and £174.00 per person during high season.
Terms: 25% deposit is payable on booking confirmation .Balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure.
