Villa Jessica is a spacious 4 bedroom villa in Lanzarote. It has 3 bathrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests and has been newly refurbished in 2021 . Set in the popular resort of Puerto Del Carmen and within easy access to the sandy beaches of the Old Town and the main Beach Prominade of Puerto Del Carmen. The villa is situated in a quiet and exclusive residential area but close to a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and the picturesque Old Town.

This is a spacious four-bedroom villa on two levels.
UPPER LEVEL
DINING AREA, KITCHEN & LIVING AREA:
You will enter the villa on the upper level which has an open plan design where you will find all you need and more for your perfect holiday. The dining area has panoramic sea views and leads into a modern, fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer plus an additional full length fridge.
The kitchen leads into the dining area with panoramic sea views and a spacious and comfortable lounge, which equally has stunning views of the sea and the Island of Fuerteventura. Modern entertainment systems, which include a radio/stereo system, a HD TV with multiple English and Irish channels, Netflix, a DVD player and free WIFI throughout the villa. This will allow you to stay online and ensure you get to catch up on your favourite television shows.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
There are two bedrooms on the upper level. Bedroom One consists of a super king size double bed, free air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes Bedroom Two has two single beds, free air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Both of these bedrooms lead out to a small balcony overlooking the pool and terrace area and share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, twin hand basins and wall mounted hair dryer.
LOWER LEVEL
GAMES ROOM AND BEDROOMS
Leading from the upper level, and following the stairs onto the lower level, you will find a Games Room. The Games Room has a pool table, table tennis table, a dart board and darts. As well as this, a TV with multi-channels (English and Irish channels) and a DVD player. This is sure to keep guests of all ages entertained.
The Games Room has double patio doors that lead directly to the pool and terrace area.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Bedroom Three is a family room with a super king size bed plus a single bed, build-in wardrobes, free air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Adjacent to bedroom three is a shower room with a walk in shower, WC, twin hand basins and wall mounted hair dryer.
Bedroom Four has one single bed and full-sized bunk beds, wall mounted hairdryer – the ideal space for children or teenagers sharing and opposite this bedroom is a shower room, WC and hand basin.
Cleaning
Two/Three persons: clean on arrival only
Four persons +: up to 10 nights clean on arrival only
Four persons +: 11-14 nights clean on arrival and mid stay full clean, towel and linen change
There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person staying.
OUTDOOR POOL & PATIO AREA:
Large patio doors lead from the Games Room to the pool and terrace area, here you will find the beautiful freshwater oval shaped pool with Roman steps. Measuring 7m x 5m with a shallow end of 0’90m and a deep end 1.20m. It is the perfect place for you to enjoy and relax on one of many sun loungers with beach towels provided. The pool is electrically heated during the months of October 20th until May 1st.
The poolside shower gives you the convenience of showering before or after the pool without having to enter the villa itself.
There is an outdoor utility area with a washing machine and freezer for your use.
For all the avid chefs out there, there is a purpose built-in charcoal barbecue with ample garden seating for you to enjoy “Alfresco Dining”.
OTHER:
Modern state of the art security alarm systems, with two safes, are fully fitted to ensure you peace of mind while staying in Villa Jessica.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. We kindly ask you to use our patio area if you wish to smoke.
Notes:
Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons. Extra guests are charged at £125.00 per person per week and £160.00 per person during high season.
Terms: A 25% deposit is payable on booking confirmation .Balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure.
