Close to everythingA quiet sunny spot is especially suitable for older people who are no longer able to walk so well, the sea and beach just a few steps away, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within easy reach. 150 m to the sandy beach with " the blue flagg".
Flat area, no need for a car. Walks along the sea on the promenade towards Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen. Sun from morning to evening included. Everyone who is looking for peace and relaxation is in the right place here.
You can expect
a spacious double and a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with hydro massage shower, a 48" Samsung TV with an IPTV box that shows all your channels.
A good-sized pool filled with sea water takes care of your skin and, last but not least, a friendly owner who looks after your well-being.
I expect
respectful, quiet guests so that my neighbors can also live in peace.
Linen is provided, but you are responsible for keeping things clean.

By Susan Daley on 03-Jul-2025My husband and I stayed at Casa Vienna for our annual 2 week holiday… what a lovely place to stay, we have visited Lanzarote for the past 20+ years and always preferred a place away from it all in one of the villages, so was a little worried when we had to find something else as our Finca we had booked was no longer a rental, but how glad we were to find Casa Vienna, we both said that it was probably the best holiday we’ve had, the location was perfect, the accommodation perfect, everything perfect!

Lovely week in Casa Vienna
By Donna on 24-Sep-2023Thank you Christine for the warm welcome and information. Villa located on a lovey quiet street. Bars, restaurants and shops about 4 mins from your door. The villa was lovely and we really enjoyed the pool. Buses frequent and cheap, Taxi's very affordable. So all in all Great location, Fabulous villa, Excellent showers everything you need for a lovely break.

Lovely villa

Perfect!

Ideal for sun worshippers due to the sheltered patio areas with a lovely pool to cool down. Chris the owner is very attentive and answered any concerns we had prior to and whilst staying at her property. Would definitely recommend!
