APARTMENT OLIVER AQUA BRAVA
Apartment Oliver is a newly Refurbished to a high standard two bedroom ground floor property situated on a small well run complex consisting of 22 apartments
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, hob with a full size fridge freezer and microwave. The lounge is open planned with a 50” tv with all UK channels and wifi. The lounge leads onto the Patio with easy access to the swimming pool. There are two bedrooms, one is a twin room and the other a double with ample wardrobe space. Both bedroom have air conditioning. There are USB points in both bedrooms and the kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a walk in shower.
The property will be cleaned before arrival with fresh bedding , towels including beach towels. A welcome pack will also be supplied with a few necessities. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away and there are plenty if shops , bars and restaurant nearby. The nearest beach is playa chica which is a 10 minute walk. Please note this is a non smoking apartment.
