Beautiful Villa in a lovely quiet complex of just 10 villas , in Puerto del CarmenThe villa is only a five minute walk from the beach and all shops and restaurants .
Villa RobRye is a great location for families and mature couples .
The beauty of staying at villa RobRye is it's relaxing and peaceful atmosphere but with the main strip and beach only minutes away . So it has the best of both worlds . The property has 3 bedrooms , one double , one with two singles and one with bunk beds (adult size ) . There are two bathrooms , both with showers .
It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything required I.e cooker , oven , fridge freezer , microwave , toaster , kettle , iron , ironing board and all utensils . There is a small utility room with a washing machine .
Also at the villa is a tv with English channels , wifi and an option to bring your saved movies on your USB stick
There is a large south facing patio with sunbeds , table and chairs all facing directly onto the communal pool .
There is a large patio area at the back of the villa also.

By Lorraine O Sullivan on 04-Mar-2025I've stayed in this Villa on numerous occasions and would highly recommend it. It's spotless and has everything inside and out to make your stay very comfortable. It has a gorgeous pool directly in front of the property which is maintained to a very high standard. It has a beautiful terrace front and back for sunbathing or lounging around. It's very peaceful but has the benefit of being only a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I've booked this Villa again for next year and would highly recommend it
A Fabulous place to stay.
By Audrey on 17-May-2025The best value for money I've ever had for a family vacation. Our family of 4 stayed for 7 nights and everything was perfect. Fantastic location, friendly and very supportive owners, spacy, spotless, fully equipped comfortable kitchen, welcome cookies on arrival, mineral water for the beginning, comfortable beds, small & large towels for everyone.WiFi, TV with 30 + channels, iron & ironing desk, sun loungers provided outside, comfortable shower and no problem with hot water, everything you need to feel yourself home. Will definitely be returning.Thank you Tracy and Derek.
Perfect Perfect Perfect
By Michael Bunyan on 03-May-2025Had the pleasure of staying at this property in May 2025. It is everything it advertises and more. The photos don't do this villa justice. Immaculately clean and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils etc. Perfectly located from thr beach front with an abundance of shops and restaurants within 5 minute walk. Seamless booking and very accurate directions. Very close to airport also. Do not hesitate to book this villa....can't recommend it enough. We booked for May 2026 during our stay!!!
Stunning villa

It’s close to everything you need within walking distance. Very spacious with a beautiful outside space and a fantastic pool directly in front. Easy to book on line, the owners are very helpful and to easy communicate with. Looking forward to going back as we have already booked for next year.
Villa Robrye
By Sharon Ferguson on 07-Jul-2019This property was excellent. Quiet area of Puerto del carmen. Home from home, clean and comfortable, everything you might need is catered for. Shared pool on your doorstep. Just a short 5/10mins walk to a beach, shops, bars and restaurants, if you wanted to go further along to old town/harbour area €4/5 for a taxi. Also short taxi ride from/to airport €15. We had a great time and would book again. Thank for use of your Villa.

For the last 19 years these visits have been on a DIY basis i.e. we have booked our own accommodation and flights independently. In those years our winter visits have ranged between 3, 4 & 5 weeks duration but we have sometimes made supplementary visits in the Autumn. Our daughters love the Island too, and make regular visits with & without us. Between us we have substantial experience of most forms of accommodation. RobRye provided the best value for money we have experienced. It certainly exceeded our expectations.. And we will be returning. We spent 4 very comfortable & peaceful weeks there in February 2020. The general location is excellent in a quiet residential area a short trip from the airport but within a few minutes easy walk to the sea and all the shops and resuarants along the front at Puerto del Carmen (PdC). There is no need for a car, but for those who wish to hire a car and visit the rest of the Island this property could not be much better placed. There is on road parking and easy access to the main road network without having to negotiate PdC;s one way system. And the resort itself is better placed than some in terms of access to the Island generally. RobRye is on a small gated complex of 11 properties with an attractive shared pool. The property ( a detached bungalow) has a large front patio overlooking the pool.. It attracts sun from sunrise to sunset. There is a large paved backgarden which can be used for drying clothes. Inside, the property was very nocely presented (very clean) and furnished. The lounge was significantly bigger than a lot more expensive villas we have used, so too were the bedrooms. And the two main bedrooms had more than average wardrobe and drawer space. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linen in terms of style deserve a special mention. The kitchen was also a good size , fully equiped and well presented. Access to wifi worked perfectly. The TV was better than most with a good range of channels. The TV did have a blip one evening and the kettle failed to turn itself off. but the owner (Derek) and his local agent (Sally) sorted both within 24 hours. We found them both charming & effecient. We were very comfy in RobRye and not at all looking forward to going home !!! Martin & Kath Your reply
