Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing. For parties in excess of 6, the apartment becomes available at an additional charge of £500 per week (sleeps a further 4 guests). First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Please contact us for a final price.

Prepare yourself to be wowed!! This incredible property hosts three ensuite bedrooms in the main building with a self contained two bed, one bath apartment below. It’s light, modern & spacious with the most amazing views of the Ocean. The location is unique because of it’s front line position where you can look down over the promenade that stretches from the Old Town harbour all the way along the cliff top trail to Puerto Calero. There is a a great selection of bars and restaurants in the Old Town.

Living Room
Open plan living and dining room with patio doors leading to the large balcony that surrounds the house overlooking the ocean. Two steps lead down from the front door to the light & airy lounge which has two comfortable sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater) plus two armchairs, air conditioning, 190cm flat screen TV with IPTV and WIFI. There is also a separate toilet located near the front door.
Dining Room/Kitchen
Two steps lead up in to the open plan dining area and kitchen. There is a large table with 8 chairs and the modern & spacious fully fitted kitchen has everything you need including a large electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster.
The self contained apartment is accessed from the pool terrace (4 steps) . It comprises of a double bedroom with wardrobes and a twin bedroom. There is an open plan living space including lounge and kitchen area. The large bathroom has wash basins, a large walk in shower and toilet and there is also a separate toilet room.

Accommodation Exterior:
The terrace wraps around the lounge and enjoys panoramic views of the sea and Old Town harbour. Enjoy al-fresco dining at the large table which seats 8 and is shaded under a pergola. Four steps lead down to the pool and patio area where you can sunbathe during the day on the sunbeds provided or sit at the Fire-Pit and watch the sun go down. There is also a Hot Tub, outdoor shower and built in BBQ. From the front gate you can walk along the promenade to the Old Town harbour and even along the cliff top to Puerto Calero (approx 2km).

La Perla is situated frontline in a quiet residencial area in the headland above the old town in Puerto del Carmen. The busy resort started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise).
