Casa El Paraiso is a luxurious, modern and bright 5 Bedroom and 4 bathroom villa. Recently refurbished to the highest of standards. The Villa is located in the exclusive area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen, next door to Casa el Cielo and adjacent to Villa Cartaphilus and Villa Cristal.
Conveniently only a 15 minute walk to the Puerto Del Carmen and the marina in the old town, or a 15-minute walk to the restaurants along the front of Puerto del Carmen.

As you enter the villa you will be presented with a striking view of wall height glass windows, with two triple-sliding doors giving you an uninterrupted view of the luxurious pool and patio area and the cactus garden.
The open-plan living space, with high ceilings, features inside dining, kitchen and a comfortable lounge area.
A Modern security alarm system, including two safes are fitted to help your peace of mind during your stay. All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure.

The villa has a comfortable and spacious living room with plenty of comfortable sofas. For your entertainment there is a large 52inch HD Smart TV. A Bluetooth Sound System. English and Irish channels are available such as BBC1/2, ITV1,2,3,4, CH4/5, (Irish TV)RTE1/2,TVE3. Netflix and Satellite TV.

WIFI is available throughout the villa. Casa El Paraiso is air-conditioned throughout to keep you cool during those warm Lanzarote evenings.
Moving through the villa we reach an archway leading from the lounge into the dining area with seating for up to 8 people around a large wooden table. With another further archway leading to a large fully fitted kitchen.

The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. With Fridge Freezer and fridge, Electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and a toaster.

El Paraiso is surrounded by exquisite gardens with many beautiful tropical plants and high walls, ensuring your privacy.
With an inviting private swimming pool with a nice patio area, where you can relax on one of the many sun loungers The beach towels and parasols are provided of course. T
The large swimming pool is accessible by the Roman steps and has a depth of 1.00m – 1.4 metres. Keeping you refreshed during those hot summer days. The out door area and pool both have extensive lighting that can be illuminated at night.
The pool is electrically heated from Oct 20th- May 1st.
You can play pool and table tennis out on the terrace as well. If cooking is your thing. There is a charcoal barbecue outside. There is also plenty of comfy outdoor furniture with lots of outdoor dining space throughout the patio area.
Cleaning
Two/Three persons: clean on arrival only
Four persons +: up to 10 nights clean on arrival only
Four persons +: 11-14 nights clean on arrival and mid stay full clean, towel and linen change
There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person staying.
Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.
*Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.

The villa is set between the beaches of Puerto Del Carmen and the charismatic Old Town and harbour. A favourite spot to sample one of the top 7 restaurants in lanzarote.
Located in an area with shops, bars and restaurants and is a 12 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach.

Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons and then a £125 - £174 per extra person per week depending on season
Terms: A 25% per week deposit is payable on booking confirmation. Balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
