Description
Casa Tropicana is all about the location! The property sits in the area of Los Mojones, Puerto Del Carmen and within walking distance of the old town and harbour with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The sandy beach of Playa Grande and the main Strip are a little further on but also within walking distance. What’s more the villa has its own private pool and homely interiors. Air conditioning/heating in the three bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and Wi-Fi are included.There are wonderful mature plants and palm trees on one side of the villa, giving a feel of the tropics, just what is needed.
Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area
The side terrace has table and chairs for open-air dining with an awning you are able to pull out should you wish to be shaded from the sun and pool side under the covered pergola you will find comfy seating where you can sit back and relax with a view of the pool and plants Casa Tropicana has to offer.
There is a brick BBQ to the side of the villa where the outdoor table and chairs are and great sized pool to take a dip in whilst you enjoy in the heat of the Lanzarote sunshine, and not forgetting the sun loungers and parasols where you can lay back and simply relax.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa comprises of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The Double bedroom and one Twin bedroom are accessible from the hall. These two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The second twin has a door that leads from the lounge, this twin room also has air conditioning along with patio doors that opens out to the beautiful front terrace and pool area. This twin bedroom has a free-standing wardrobe.
There is a shower room located as you enter Casa Tropicana between the front door and Master Bedroom and another good-sized family shower room also accessible from the hall located between the Double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms.
Living area and kitchen
The lounge has large patio doors leading out to the side terrace where you will find the outside table and chairs along with the BBQ area. The patio door lets the light flood into the living space giving a bright and airy feel. The separate fully equipped kitchen which has integrated appliances.

The villa was spotlessly clean inside with all the utensils/crockery needed to self cater, we also found some good steak restaurants close by. Nina and Nathan were so helpful right from our initial enquiry about villa availability through to the last day of our stay and were very quick to respond to any queries we had. Thank you for the restaurant recommendation! It was so nice to have a welcome pack when we arrived which was much appreciated, together with the baby bath and cot which was made available for our granddaughter. The outside area is very well maintained with good quality dining furniture, brick bbq and of course the lovely heated pool. We would love to return one day and highly recommend this villa.
Perfect home from home.

This villa has everything you could possibly need, it really is a home from home and we did not want to leave. No need for a car as supermarkets bars and restaurants are all just a short stroll away. Nina and Nathen our host’s welcomed us into their home and nothing was too much trouble for them, ensuring we were comfortable and if needed they were only a phone call away. For anyone who visits this Villa I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The villa was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The outdoor area was a real highlight – perfect for enjoying sunny breakfasts, relaxing by the pool, and watching the sunsets. The location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. The hosts Nina &Nathan were fantastic – friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This villa truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lanzarote and would love to return in the future. Thanks Again

The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was fantastic, and the outdoor area was perfect for enjoying the Lanzarote sunshine. Nina and Nathan were wonderful hosts – friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The location was ideal too, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely stay again!

We were particularly impressed with the cleaning items provided which at other villas you usually have to get yourself. The outside areas were lovely and the grounds were very well maintained. As for the hosts, Nina and Nathan, they were amazing for the duration of our stay. The service they provided was fabulous.
