Description
Casa Tropicana is all about the location! The property sits in the area of Los Mojones, Puerto Del Carmen and within walking distance of the old town and harbour with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The sandy beach of Playa Grande and the main Strip are a little further on but also within walking distance. What’s more the villa has its own private pool and homely interiors. Air conditioning/heating in the three bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and Wi-Fi are included.There are wonderful mature plants and palm trees on one side of the villa, giving a feel of the tropics, just what is needed.
Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area
The side terrace has table and chairs for open-air dining with an awning you are able to pull out should you wish to be shaded from the sun and pool side under the covered pergola you will find comfy seating where you can sit back and relax with a view of the pool and plants Casa Tropicana has to offer.
There is a brick BBQ to the side of the villa where the outdoor table and chairs are and great sized pool to take a dip in whilst you enjoy in the heat of the Lanzarote sunshine, and not forgetting the sun loungers and parasols where you can lay back and simply relax.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa comprises of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The Double bedroom and one Twin bedroom are accessible from the hall. These two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The second twin has a door that leads from the lounge, this twin room also has air conditioning along with patio doors that opens out to the beautiful front terrace and pool area. This twin bedroom has a free-standing wardrobe.
There is a shower room located as you enter Casa Tropicana between the front door and Master Bedroom and another good-sized family shower room also accessible from the hall located between the Double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms.
Living area and kitchen
The lounge has large patio doors leading out to the side terrace where you will find the outside table and chairs along with the BBQ area. The patio door lets the light flood into the living space giving a bright and airy feel. The separate fully equipped kitchen which has integrated appliances.

We were particularly impressed with the cleaning items provided which at other villas you usually have to get yourself. The outside areas were lovely and the grounds were very well maintained. As for the hosts, Nina and Nathan, they were amazing for the duration of our stay. The service they provided was fabulous. They were very quick to respond to any queries and nothing was too much trouble for them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone considering it for their holidays. Nicola & Ross

By Consumer 2 on 17-Aug-2025Fantastic is the only word to use for… Fantastic is the only word to use for Casa Tropicana. This is our second visit as a family to this beautiful villa. It’s absolutely beautiful, a real home away from home. The villa is in a lovely quiet area but easily accessible to the old town and the main strip in Puerto del Carmen. But once you are in the villa you’ll never want to leave. We have even books out holiday for next year. Nina and Nathan are fantastic hosts and are on hand from the time you book until the time you leave. They are so professional in every way and go out of their way to make your holiday the best it can be. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a great holiday.
We really enjoyed our stay
By Avril Okeeffe on 15-Jul-2025We had a wonderful stay in Casa Tropicana. The villa was so clean with a lovely fresh smell when we arrived. The gardens and pool area were a relaxing place to chill, with a barbeque area and with clean, comfortable and stylish seating and loungers. The air con worked really well in all rooms. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil possible with plenty of stock of cleaning materials left for guests which we found very handy. With the villa being a 5 minute walk to Lidl and a hyperdino and an approx 10 min walk to the old town we found the location perfect. Nina and Nathan were very contactable and helpful through the whole process from booking to check out. We would definitely return again to Casa Tropicana. Hopefully we will get the chance to in the near future. Thanks again Nina and Nathan from Avril & Shane.

By Ellen on 06-Jul-2025We arrived on the 24th of June to the fabulous Casa Tropicana. From the minute we stepped inside we knew it was going to be a brilliant holiday. The pictures from the website is exactly what greets you when you arrive. Casa Tropicana is immaculate and has all mod cons that you would need for a family and more. The swimming pool and area outside was amazing and so well kept. Another plus is the villa is fully secured and private. The welcome pack was a fantastic touch due to our late arrival, along with a booklet full of any information you may need during your stay. Nina & Nathan were on call from before we arrived right up to our departure. When our little man became unwell all we had to do was send a text and Nina had all information ready for us where to take him & they organised a taxi to bring us. They kept in contact to ensure he was ok for the rest of our holiday. Having 4 children we have tried campsites, apartments & hotels but by far this holiday was the most relaxing we have ever had. Thank you so much Nina & Nathan for allowing us to have a comfortable relaxing and unforgettable holiday & we hope to return in the future. Ellen, Dave, Alanna, Sam, Olivia & Shay

By Kerry Hewitt on 31-May-2025Just returned from a stay in villa Casa Tropicana. This is an amazing villa, very spacious especially the outside area. Large swimming pool, beautiful garden/green area and plenty of sun beds/seating area for the sun and the shade. Villa very clean and everything you could need including an air fryer! Nina and Nathan are great hosts, very attentive always available if you need anything. Stayed in villa Lazy Daze last year which was equally as nice. Will be trying Casa Del Rio soon. Keep up the good work guys see you again soon.
