Description
Casa Tropicana is all about the location! The property sits in the area of Los Mojones, Puerto Del Carmen and within walking distance of the old town and harbour with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The sandy beach of Playa Grande and the main Strip are a little further on but also within walking distance. What’s more the villa has its own private pool and homely interiors. Air conditioning/heating in the three bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and Wi-Fi are included.There are wonderful mature plants and palm trees on one side of the villa, giving a feel of the tropics, just what is needed.
Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area
The side terrace has table and chairs for open-air dining with an awning you are able to pull out should you wish to be shaded from the sun and pool side under the covered pergola you will find comfy seating where you can sit back and relax with a view of the pool and plants Casa Tropicana has to offer.
There is a brick BBQ to the side of the villa where the outdoor table and chairs are and great sized pool to take a dip in whilst you enjoy in the heat of the Lanzarote sunshine, and not forgetting the sun loungers and parasols where you can lay back and simply relax.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa comprises of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The Double bedroom and one Twin bedroom are accessible from the hall. These two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The second twin has a door that leads from the lounge, this twin room also has air conditioning along with patio doors that opens out to the beautiful front terrace and pool area. This twin bedroom has a free-standing wardrobe.
There is a shower room located as you enter Casa Tropicana between the front door and Master Bedroom and another good-sized family shower room also accessible from the hall located between the Double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms.
Living area and kitchen
The lounge has large patio doors leading out to the side terrace where you will find the outside table and chairs along with the BBQ area. The patio door lets the light flood into the living space giving a bright and airy feel. The separate fully equipped kitchen which has integrated appliances.

By Kerry Hewitt on 31-May-2025Just returned from a stay in villa Casa Tropicana. This is an amazing villa, very spacious especially the outside area. Large swimming pool, beautiful garden/green area and plenty of sun beds/seating area for the sun and the shade. Villa very clean and everything you could need including an air fryer! Nina and Nathan are great hosts, very attentive always available if you need anything. Stayed in villa Lazy Daze last year which was equally as nice. Will be trying Casa Del Rio soon. Keep up the good work guys see you again soon.

The villa itself is spotlessly clean, very well stocked and has absolutely every kind of appliance and utensil imaginable. The welcome pack was very much appreciated as there was no need to head out to the shop after a day of travelling. The outdoor area is spacious and beautifully maintained with comfortable and clean cushions on all the chairs/loungers. Nina and Nathan were lovely hosts and were available any time to answer any questions we had. Looking forward to another visit in the future.

It has everything you need indoor areas are fantastically clean and spacious and the garden area patio areas and pool area are exceptionally clean aswell. Nathan and Nina were fantastic hosts and looked after us really well and when we go back next time it will be most certainly be casa Tropicana we’re going to stay in again. Noel,Nat and girls

It is a very peaceful location but in easy reach of amenities. Nina and Nathan were amazing hosts going above and beyond. Their professional and friendly approach made us feel very welcome and at home at Casa Tropicana. We arrived to a very much appreciated Welcome Pack which is a lovely touch. We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa and Nina and Nathan as hosts.

With the supermarket and old harbour within 10/15 minutes walk and an easy taxi ride to and from the airport, it is perfectly situated. Truly a home from home. Nina and Nathan are great hosts and very welcoming.

By Amy Young on 17-Feb-2025We have just returned from a fantastic holiday with the family at 'Casa Tropicana'. The villa was stunning, immaculate and the facilities were great. Everything you needed in the villa and more. The attention to detail was second to none. The whole outdoor space and pool was immaculate too and had plenty areas to sunbathe and to sit and socialise. A welcome pack was also provided which was a great addition to the villa. We were celebrating my daughters 30th birthday and Nina and Nathan kindly provided big 30 balloons, this was very thoughtful of them. They were exceptional hosts, nothing was any trouble and they also booked our mini bus for our return to the airport. Thanks again Nina and Nathan from the Young family and we will definitely be back to stay in one of your wonderful villas in the near future.
