The front patio area offers a terrace with sunbeds, parasols, and a pool table, as well as a dining table for 6 people. The open-plan living space includes a fully-fitted kitchen with a full-size fridge, a living room equipped with modern entertainment systems such as an HD TV with multiple English and Irish channels, Netflix, Bluetooth sound system, and free WiFi. The rear terrace features a hot tub, sun loungers, and a built-in charcoal barbecue for outdoor cooking. The villa has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with two bedrooms being ensuite. Additionally, there is a utility room with a washing machine, freezer, and ironing facilities. For security, the villa is equipped with modern alarm systems and two safes. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but ash trays are provided on the patio area for smokers.
Accessing the Villa from the front patio area through triple sliding glass doors, you will enter an open-plan living space – living room, dining area and kitchen with triple sliding doors leading out to the rear terrace and BBQ area.
