The Blue Ocean holiday apartament is located in Puerto del Carmen, just a short walk from the beach and enjoying sea views.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom, so it can accommodate a maximum of three people. It is possible to provide a baby cot on request.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, 42" flat-screen TV with over six hundred digital channels (Spanish, British, Irish, French, German, Scandinavian, Italian, etc.), washing machine and safe. The apartament is not air-conditioned; instead it has natural cross-ventilation. A fan can be provided on request.
Its private outdoor area includes an uncovered terrace with retractable awning, furnished with two sun loungers and a table with chairs.
The flat is located on a second floor with no lift (there is no wheelchair access ramp).
A quiet common outdoor area (without bar service), shared with the occupants of the other apartaments in the complex, consisting of an adult swimming pool with sun loungers and a children's pool, is also available for your use.
The property is a five minute walk from a leisure area with restaurants, bars and shops (Avenida de las Playas and surrounding area). Playa Grande beach is only 650 m away.
There is a SPAR supermarket next to the apartament, across the street.
