Living, Dining & Kitchen:
The open-plan layout seamlessly blends natural light with contemporary style. The inviting lounge features two plush two-seater sofas, an armchair, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen IPTV for your entertainment. Adjacent is a refined dining area with seating for six, opening onto a charming alfresco terrace.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven with four-ring hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and a cafetière—ideal for relaxed mornings or culinary evenings.
Exterior Amenities:
The private outdoor area is thoughtfully designed for both leisure and entertaining. The swimming pool is surrounded by ample sunbathing space, complete with loungers and a parasol. A side terrace offers shaded alfresco dining beneath a large umbrella and a gas BBQ, perfect for long, sun-drenched afternoons or balmy island evenings. A shaded pergola at the front of the villa provides a peaceful nook with a small table and two chairs.
Additional amenities include an outdoor pool table, garden bench, and a discreetly housed washing machine in a secure utility cupboard.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing. Guests over 6 have a supplement charge of £100 per week. The fourth bedroom is only suitable for children up to the age of 12. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free
Cleaning Service:
The villa is fully prepared for arrival and departure, with a clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels is provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool/beach towels are also provided for your convenience.
Amenities:
The villa has air conditioning, which can also provide heat during the winter months. For peace of mind, there is a safety deposit box and an alarm. Cots and high chairs are available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week per item.
Accessibility:
The property is on one level and s situated in a flat area of the resort. The bathrooms have large walk in showers. There are 3 steps from the street level to the front door. Once inside the grounds of the property there is one more step to the front door of the villa.

By Ian on 13-May-2025Accommodation was spotless and in a good location. Property was very well laid out, the pool was heated and a great area to hang out. Kitchen & bathrooms were very modern and clean, beds were really comfy. We had a really great stay at this villa. Cheers
Beautiful Villa
By Andy on 29-Jan-2025A beautiful Villa in a fantastic spot. Literally five minutes walk down to the strip with lots of lovely bars and restaurants. The Villa is far enough away to be nice and peaceful and quiet. Inside the Villa it is pristinely clean. Really good amenities. Great hosts lots of communication. Would definitely stay again.
