Bathroom 3: (Ground Floor) Fully practicable for wheelchair users and features a walk-in shower with support rails for both the shower and toilet.

Living, Dining & Kitchen Area:

The open-plan living space is bright and inviting, with large patio doors leading directly to the sun terrace and pool area. The lounge includes a spacious L-shaped sofa, armchair, and coffee table — the ideal setting to relax after a day exploring the island.

Evenings in are easy with a 50" wall-mounted TV, Wi-Fi, and Mag Box entertainment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and an Orbegozo Aroma filter coffee machine. A high breakfast table with stools offers a perfect casual dining spot.

A separate utility room, located off the third bathroom, includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for guest use.

Outdoors, Villa Marisa offers everything you need to make the most of Lanzarote’s sunshine. Take a dip in the private pool, relax on one of six comfortable sun loungers, or enjoy an alfresco meal on the covered terrace, complete with a dining table and chairs.

For those who like to stay active or entertained, the villa includes a pool table and a gas BBQ — ideal for family fun or laid-back evenings at home. Traditional white and black lava stone walls add authentic island character while providing privacy around the garden area.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge of £100 per week, with the exception of High Season which is based on full occupancy. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Please contact us for a final price.

Damage Bond:
A £300/360€ refundable damage bond is payable prior to arrival.

Cleaning Service:
The villa is fully prepared for arrival and departure, with a clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels is provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool/beach towels are also provided for your convenience.

Accessibility:
Two bedrooms & bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The bathroom is fully practicable for wheelchair users and features a walk-in shower and support rails by the toilet. The villa is also situated in a flat area of the resort.

Amenities:
The villa has air conditioning, which can also provide heat during the winter months. For peace of mind, there is a safety deposit box and an alarm. Cots and high chairs are available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.
