There’s also a 65-inch TV with channels in many languages, perfect for chilling after the beach. Located in a quiet complex close to the main avenue, you’ll enjoy both peace and convenience. We’re always available to help, making sure your stay is simple, relaxed, and enjoyable.

A cozy and stylish ground-floor apartment, fully renovated and located in the peaceful San Fermín complex. Only a 9-minute walk to the main avenue, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, and beautiful beaches close by.

From the private terrace, you enter a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and a 65-inch TV with access to hundreds of channels in different languages. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, air fryer, kettle, and more.

The bathroom features a large walk-in shower. The bedroom is very quiet and includes a comfortable double bed with a topper and air conditioning.

The apartment also has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. It is well insulated with double-glazed windows, keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter, creating a comfortable and peaceful space.

The private terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and a small sofa.

It is possible to provide a baby cot on request. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen.

The apartment is part of the San Fermin complex, which features a shared pool for your enjoyment.

Our standard check-in time is 3 pm, and our standard check out at 10am
However, in special occasions we always try to adapt to our guests’ needs.
