This ultra Modern property retains its cultural rustic design whilst being beautifully furnished and well equipped. Would be ideal for families and friends looking for a relaxing, quality holiday and to keep you cool during those warm sultry evenings air-conditioning has been installed throughout the property. The lounge area is comfortable and inviting with a large flat screen TV. Sky sports/movies. The villa has a fully equipped designer kitchen with an American fridge and spectacular glassed dining room. Enjoy the very private and secluded south facing sun terraces, then relax in your own hot tub JacuzziThis unique villa is very private and secluded and would be ideal for those
seeking privacy. The expansive south facing terrace has a family style built-in BBQ, a large(8m x 4.5m)
electrically heated pool surrounded by ample sun loungers.
To relax further enter the totally private ¨cabana¨ located by the pool where you will find recliners, TV and Fridge.
alongside an area covered with a sail shade for that much needed sun protection.
For your comfort the villa is fully air conditioned. The entertainment on offer
includes BBC 1,2,ITV,Channel 4 plus full SKY package (sports/movies and RTE1/2,TV3.
Free WIFI is available throughout the villa and for the more energetic,
relax in your own warm water therapeutic 7 seater spa jacuzzi combining an
experience that is both rejuvenating and healing whilst washing away muscle and joint pains with
hydro massage water jets. This Totally unique holiday villa is an ideal setting
for families and friends who just want to relax and enjoy the sunshine stress free!
Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons..Extra guests are charged at £164.00 per person per week.
Terms: £400 per week deposit is payable on booking confirmation. Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure.

Villa Chic is situated in the prestigious area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen and is just a short walk to the picturesque Old Town with its sandy coves, seafood restaurants, tapas bars and international restaurants plus supermarkets and taxi ranks. Then take a leisurely stroll to the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen with its 5km of spectacular golden beaches, palm trees and rocky divides plus an abundance of boutiques, shops, tapas bars, national and international restaurants. Alternatively visit our fabulous marina at Puerto Calero and gaze into the clear waters to see the many species of fish, book a submarine or catamaran trip and then dine at one of the many quayside restaurants. The villa is centrally located on the Island and is ideally placed for the many excurions such as: Timanfaya National Park (live volcano), Camel rides, Jameos del Agua (caves) Cueves Verdes (green caves), Cactus Park, Bird Park, Cesar Manrique Foundation and Mirador del Rio to name but a few!
GOLF
Just a 5 minute drive from the villa is a new 18 hole golf course. Lanzarote Golf, is a new course with 18 holes, par 72 and was created by the well known American designer Ron Kirby. It shows an attractive undulation in accordance with the idyllic landscape of Lanzarote. The Club House offers all services a golfer needs, such as a pro shop, renting of all golf equipment, two restaurants, cafeteria with large terrace and spectacular views. The more established golf course is situated in Costa Teguise which is approximately a 15 minute drive from the Villa.

Well maintained, serviced & equipped with everything you need & more! Great outdoor space with hot tub & heated pool, perfect for us (2 adults & 2 teens). In a great & quiet location that is not too far to walk to all the local amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you just want peace & quiet in holiday. What can we say, as usual spotlessly clean and tidy. The pool and hot tub were wonderfully warm and cleaned three times during our stay. Everything you could need is provided. The welcome pack was excellent and much needed as we arrived on a late flight. We will be booking our next stay very soon. Date: 25 May 2025

Well equipped throughout and lovely private exterior with pool. Location only a 20 minute walk into town. If coming back to Puerto del Carmen, we would seek this accommodation out again.
