Description
Apartment done to very high standard with a large balcony with sea views located in a gated complex with swimming pool and sun terrace very near to all amenities supermarkets, restaurants, bars the airport is 9km from Puerto del carmen can be reached quickly and easily by bus or taxi. The apartment is 120 square meters and is on two floors. Free english tv and wifi and safe in main bedroom.The living room has smart tv with english and international tv channels sky sports and movies etc and WiFi modern kitchen with oven hob fridge freezer microwave all the bits for self catering. Small laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Hair dryer in bathrooms. Both bathrooms are en suite.
Air conditioning is in both bedrooms and living room and is operated by a meter.

The apartment is centrally located in Puerto Del Carmen and is a few minutes walk to the picturesque old harbour. A pathway from the apartments leads directly down to the bustling main street and the plethora of bars, shops and restaurants the resort has to offer. the main beach of Puerto del Carmen is also only a two minute walk away. The Fariones Sports Club is also an easy five minute walk away where guests can enjoy aerobics classes, use the gym or hire a tennis court
Interior: This two storey, duplex apartment is extremely light and spacious. On the upper floor there is a very well equipped, open plan kitchen and dining area. The raised living room is comfortably furnished and leads out to the terrace via large patio doors. There is also a cloakroom and utility room on this level. An open plan staircase with mirrored wall and steel rails leads down to the bedrooms. A partial glass ceiling and internal area add to the light, spacious feeling. The extremely generous bedrooms are both en-suite and have ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a overhead shower, and a single basin. the second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
The apartment also has a large, private terrace leading from the living room. There are beautiful sea views from the terrace which is equipped with patio furniture and a built-in BBQ
The Fariones Sports Club is also an easy five minute walk away where guests can enjoy aerobics classes, use the gym or hire a tennis court.

By Kieran on 03-Jun-2025Stayed here in April , our 2nd time, and can thoroughly recommend this appartment. Location is fantastic , close to main beach & handy for Old Town , supermarket close by . Its a real home from home , spotless clean , large bedrooms en suite , great spacious living room & kitchen and utility room , All appliances , cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, toaster, micro wave, washing machine etc - everything you could possibly need. Exre bedding provided. I have no qualms whatsoever in reccomending this appartment - as I have done to my friends ,and will hopefully be returning for a third stay in the near future. The owner Kevin was a pleasure to deal with , and replies instantly to any questions you may have , he really cares about his guests and goes out his way to help

Second 4 week stay this year
By Graham and Lynn Cawthorn on 23-Apr-2025As regular visitors to PDC, tried a change of accommodation in January for 4 weeks and enjoyed it so much just returned from another 4 weeks. The very large apartment faces south with almost uninterrupted sea views, blame Mercadona for the one infringement. Cloakroom with WC on entering and then a large kitchen with Utility room off. All the white goods you have at home plus a filter on the cold water. Cosy lounge area with multi channel TV and spacious balcony with BBQ. Completely safe and secure. Huge master bedroom and en suite with large walk in shower. Clean, with all you need. Love it. Ideally placed for Old Town and Avenida ( Strip ) although a lot of steps, but that is everywhere in PDC. Local supermarket 2 mins away and large Mercadona close by. Artwork on wall is all Lanzarote, obviously considered carefully by owner. Complex is cleaned externally every morning and is accessed by a secure residents gate. Booked again for Jan 2026, highly recommended by us.
