South facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in an excellent area of Puerto Del Carmen with spectacular uninterrupted views of the sea to Fuerteventura and mountains. The beach, bars and restaurants are a 12 minute walk away, the old town and Harbour is 15 minutes walk away. note both walks are down hill hence view and Taxi €4 back if neededThe new golf course at Tias is 1 mile away. The Villa is furnished to a high standard with air-conditioning (coin operated) in lounge and master bedroom, USB point lamps for bedsides, internet,55in TV inc sky sports and BT sports, wifi, heated private pool, sun loungers, barbecue, 2 patio tables and chairs.

By Sandra on 11-Sep-2025Well what can I say this villa was beautiful had everything you could want and need a home from home really great space around the pool some on the complex are smaller outside space shops near by and easy to walk down hill and only 4 euros for taxi back up especially when it's very hot views were to die for and so peaceful and relaxing so easy to get from airport in taxi my sister and myself loved every minute of our holiday and definitely worth paying the extra for late checkout as most flights leave in the evenings booking with Helen the owner was so easy would definitely recommend this lovely villa to family and friends.

Great Villa in Puerto Del Carmen
By Thomas on 23-Aug-2025Stayed in August 2025. Lovely Villa which is only 10 minute walk from the main strip (11 minutes walking back up the hill!!!). Villa is very well Presented . Has everything you need and a lovely welcome pack of Water, Wine, Milk and Biscuits. Tv with all channels and Netflix etc. rooms are nice, 1 double and 1 twin with 2 bathrooms/showers. Pool area and pool is fabulous. Pool and Pool area are slightly larger than other villas in the complex. Overall it is a lovey villa in a very safe complex. Air con is overhead fan and a plug in fan and if you want electric air con it is €2 coin operated. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

A fantastic place to stay.
By Gail Holley on 21-May-2025We have recently returned from a fantastic holiday at Casa Turquesa. This was our first Villa holiday and won’t be our last! It’s in a quiet well maintained development with a great location, just a short walk (10 mins) to the shops, bars and restaurants at the waterfront. The Villa had everything we needed, well equipped, clean and comfortable with a private pool and fabulous view! We look forward to booking again.

Great place in quiet location
By Mark Reid on 13-Apr-2025We had a wonderful stay, had great memories of staying here before and have now added some lovely new ones. Had excellent communication from the owner. The villa is well presented, well looked after, lovely and clean. All the ammenties you could want. Lovely well heated pool. The location is quiet with great views. Short walks to all the retaurants, shops and bars. Great for recharging the batteries, which we did. Thanks again, we will definitley be back.

Great villa in Vistas Del Mar
By Catherine on 09-Jan-2025Had a lovely holiday in Jan/Feb, villa was one of the best we have stayed in. No complaints at all with the villa, had everything we needed very well equipped. All communication with Helen was 1st class was no problem for us to extend our stay staying the villa. Would definitely recommend.
