Villa Las Vegas is a bright and spacious 3 bedroom detached villa which is not overlooked. There are excellent facilities at the villa including a private heated pool (electric & solar) with roman steps, hot tub, games room, high speed WiFi, two 55 inch Smart TVs, IPod/Samsung Galaxy docking station and outdoor decking area with table tennis. All the resort amenities are within walking distance, therefore a car is not required.

Games Room Renevation
During the 2021 lock down, we utilised this period to renovate the villa's lower level to a self contained games room. Facilities include a pool table, table football, 55 inch ambilight TV, Playstation 3 with a selection of games, children's DVD's and board games including chess and draughts. The games room is located on the lower level of the villa and can be accessed via an internal staircase off the main hall.

Lounge
There is a large comfortable leather corner sofa and also separate reclining leather chair. Internet TV with a multitude of UK and international channels including BBC, ITV, Disney, Nickelodeon and unlimited movies. Music system. DVD player. Selection of DVD’s and books. There are patio doors to sun terrace.

Kitchen
Dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, toaster, coffee machine, large free standing fridge freezer

Large 6 seater dining room table.

Large utility area with washing machine and indoor drying area. Iron and Ironing board.

A travel cot, high chair and baby bath (if needed) are available free of charge. Children's plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery are provided. There is also a selection of reading/colouring books and games for children to enjoy.

Outside
The pool terrace has ample space for guests to enjoy and is fully enclosed to ensure maximum privacy for sunbathing. The heated swimming pool has roman steps allowing easy access and is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas to relax and soak up the glorious day long sunshine. To one side of the pool terrace there is a large decking area with a brand new ping pong table to enjoy. A portable BBQ and dining table and chairs also makes it ideal for alfresco dining. If you want to escape the sunshine, a shaded terrace area with a small table and chairs is located up several steps to the front of the villa overlooking the pool. In addition, guest also have the luxury of relaxing in the hot tub at no extra cost!

Parking
The villa is located on a quiet well-lit residential street. Parking is available on the street directly outside the villa.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY.

Location
Villa Las Vegas is situated in the Old Town/Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen only 10 km from the airport. A taxi from the airport costs approximately 15-20 euros and will take around 10 minutes to get to the villa. The villa itself is situated in an enviable position on a quiet residential street with very little traffic. All resort amenities are within walking distance; therefore, a car is not required. Nearest Restaurant/Bar: 160 metres (3 minute walk), Nearest Supermarket: 500 metres (6 minute walk), Old Town Harbour: 800 metres (10 minute walk), Biosfera Shopping Plaza: 800 metres (10 minute walk), Main Beach/Promenade/’Main Strip’: 1.6km (20 minute walk), However, if you would rather not walk, a taxi rank is located 160 metres (3 min walk) from the villa (outside THB Flora) that will take you into the old town or down to the main promenade and beach for approximately 2-4 euros!

The villa is ideal for family and couples. We do not accept same sex groups.
