Description
A Stylish and contemporary 3 bedroom villa in a prime but tranquil location with all amenities on hand. It consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and will accommodate up to 6 people and for your comfort air-conditioning has been installed throughout the villa. The master bedroom has a feeling of opulence with a king sized leather bed and a full en-suite shower room, the 2nd double bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds with an independent shower room. This modern, tastefully designed villa is light and spacious and would be ideal for families and friends looking for a relaxing and quality holiday. The lounge area is comfortable and inviting with a 50¨flat screen TV, Sky Sports/Movies, free HI SPEED FIBRE OPTIC WIFI,The villa has a fully equipped modern American style kitchen. Relax and enjoy the private south facing sun terraces, relax in your own hot tub Jacuzzi and later dine on the terrace and enjoy that 'alfresco' dining experience.
Villa La Encantada is situated in the prestigious area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen and is just a short walk to the picturesque Old Town with its sandy coves, seafood restaurants, tapas bars and international restaurants plus supermarkets and taxi ranks. Then take a leisurely stroll to the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen with its 5km of spectacular golden beaches, palm trees and rocky divides plus an abundance of boutiques, shops, tapas bars, national and international restaurants. Alternatively visit our fabulous marina at Puerto Calero and gaze into the clear waters to see the many species of fish, book a submarine or catamaran trip and then dine at one of the many quayside restaurants. The villa is centrally located on the Island and is ideally placed for the many excursions such as: Timanfaya National Park (live volcano), Camel rides, Jameos del Agua (caves) Cueves Verdes (green caves), Cactus Park, Bird Park, Cesar Manrique Foundation and Mirador del Rio to name but a few!

Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons. Extra guests are charged at £144.00 per person per week.
Terms: A deposit is payable on booking confirmation. Balance to be paid 70 days prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure

Beautiful Villa with plenty of space, lovely big pool too. We had an issue with the lights in 1 of the bedrooms but this was resolved very very quickly after we reported it. Will definitely use Best Villas again Date: 16 April 2025

Couple of points that might be useful.....could do with more than 1 front door key there is a keybox but unable to lock the door from inside when key in there.........check in time is 2pm after an early flight we hadn't been told this and cleaners were not so happy when we arrived at 11:30 and then came back at 13:50!! Lovely facilities great pool area and walking distance to harbour and new town. Definitely recommended what's stopping you just book it !! --- Date: 22 July 2024
