7 Bedroom 7 Bath Villa In Puerto del Carmen, 10 Minutes Walk To Sea And Old Town. Whispering Palms is a super large, luxurious property in a the exclusive area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen. The villa itself is very private and secluded, whilst still being within walking distance to all local amenities including shops, beaches, bars and restaurants. The property consists of the main residence and adjoining self contained bungalow, making this a perfect holiday home for families who enjoy holidaying together, whilst still enjoying their own space. The heated pool area is central to both properties, but each also has it's own terrace/garden and outdoor area. Whispering Palms can sleep up to 14 people, with plenty of space for everybody, both inside and out. Six bedrooms are conveniently ensuite, and the villa has flat screen TV with BBC1/2,ITV;CH4/5, RTE1/2, TV3 SKY Sports and Movies and a games room with Table tennis for your entertainment. To keep you cool in the summer months the villa is fully Air Conditioned. HIGH SPEED FIBRE OPTIC BROADBAND WIFI.
In the large grounds we have a 6 seater hot tub and an American pool table and your own private sauna.
Car: not necessary
Villa Whispering palms is in an excellent location in Puerto del Carmen and is just a short walk to the beach promenade and the picturesque Old Town with its sandy coves, seafood restaurants, tapas bars and international restaurants plus supermarkets and taxi ranks. Then take a leisurely stroll to the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen with its 5km of spectacular golden beaches, palm trees and rocky divides plus an abundance of boutiques, shops, tapas bars, national and international restaurants. Alternatively visit our fabulous marina at Puerto Calero and gaze into the clear waters to see the many species of fish, book a submarine or catamaran trip and then dine at one of the many quayside restaurants. The villa is well located on the Island and is ideally placed for the many excursions such as: Rancho Texas (theme park) Timanfaya National Park (live volcano), Camel rides, Jameos del Agua (caves) Cueves Verdes (green caves).
Notes
Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons. Extra guests are charged at £209.00 per person per week.
Terms: £500 per week deposit is payable on booking confirmation. The balance to be paid 55 days prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure.
Air conditioning is coin operated.
To accommodate 20 guests you have to include the lodge which has access through a gate off of one of the patios.
