Villa Joel A delightful and stylish 4 bedroom villa in a prime but unique location close to the sea and with all amenities on hand. The detached villa is on two floors and has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 shower rooms en-suite) and will accommodate up to 8 people. This modern, tastefully designed villa is light, spacious and has panoramic sea views from the upper floor and terrace. For your comfort during those warm sultry evenings the villa is fully air-conditioned. On the lower level the accommodation consists of the master double bedroom, two twin bedded rooms with en-suite wet rooms and an independent full bathroom. On the upper level you will find the spacious and opulent salon with comfortable sofas, a 43” flat screen TV, BBC1/2, ITV2,3,4,CH4/5, RTE1/2,TV3, Sky Sports/Movies, free WIFI and DVD. The dining room is inviting and spacious with seating for 8 and the stylish modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to make your holiday more enjoyable. Leading from the lounge is the upper terrace where you can relax and enjoy panoramic sea views. The fourth double bedroom with its own en-suite wet room is also located on the upper level. Relax and enjoy the private south facing sun terraces, experience your own Hot Tub Jacuzzi and later dine on the terrace and enjoy that ´alfresco´ dining experience. High Speed Fibre Optic WIFI is available throughout the villa and on the Terrace

Exterior: The terrace area is furnished with comfortable sun beds and very importantly the swimming pool is both solar and electrically heated. A large hot tub spa Jacuzzi by the swimming pool is provided for that soothing and relaxing soak and Hydro-massage.

Alfresco dining is available with outside Bar B Q and outside dinning.

Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons. Extra guests are charged at £150.00 per person per week.
Terms: £400 per week deposit is payable on booking confirmation. Infants under 2 are £35.00 per child per week .Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure.
Air conditioning is coin operated


Location: Just a short 5 min walk from the Villa is the spectacular 5 km of golden beaches at Puerto Del Carmen with its palm tree’s and rocky divides. Along the beach promenade of Puerto Del carmen you will find supermarkets, shops, good restaurants. The picturesque old fishing port is a favourite spot to watch late night boules or sample one of the many excellent seafood restaurants and is a 15 minute walk away.
