Villa Valeria is situated on a peaceful, private walkway in the flat Las Villas area in the centre of Puerto del Carmen off Av. Italia. The villa is 300 metres from the promenade, beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport (cost less than 20 Euros).
South facing sun terrace so the pool has the sun all day. Pool is solar heated (October to April only). Pool 7 x 3 metres (depth 1.25-1.55m).
There is an upper terrace off the living room with partial sea views, built-in BBQ and al-fresco dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen on upper floor with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine. No air conditioning in lounge area.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master double (king bed) bedroom has a bunk bedroom attached which will sleep 2 children. There are two other twin bedrooms. All 3 main bedrooms have air conditioning and black out curtains. Maximum occupancy 6 adults and 2 children. Children aged 2 and under do not count towards occupancy.
Washing machine in bunk bedroom. Iron and ironing board provided.
Bathroom with shower downstairs. Further bathroom with bath upstairs.
Mini fridge with ice compartment downstairs for convenience when at the pool.
Smart TV with multiple UK TV channels, movies and sports.
DVD Player with 50 DVD movies.
Unlimited Broadband internet speed up to 300mb/sec.
Cot and high chair available. Cot linen provided. Please advise if required at the time of booking. Children’s toys and play mat. Plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. Stair gate fitted upstairs off lounge area.
Beach towels provided.
Hairdryer supplied.
Security deposit box.
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the villa.
Minimum age of lead booker is 25.
No stag/hen parties.
No pets.
There are a few steps up to the villa so it is not suitable for wheel chair users.
Villa Valeria is our holiday home as well as a rental so it has all the comforts we think guests will need.
Prices shown are for four persons, for 5/6th person please add £14 per night per extra person. For 7/8th person add £8 per person per night.
Mid stay full clean + change of linen/towels for two week plus bookings only.
Maid service for 8-13 nights at additional charge paid locally.
If 6 or less persons require all 4 bedrooms there is a supplement of £30.00 per week. Please advise at the time of booking.
20% non refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment via bank transfer.
Check in 4pm, check out 10am (though we will be flexible where we can).

Villa was spotless on arrival and had everything you need for a great stay. Peaceful location but only 5mins walk from the bustling restaurant and bars on the beachfront. I highly recommend!

Fabulous
By Elsine on 30-Sep-2025This villa is fabulous..it has all the amenities you need ...fully equipped kitchen if eating in....games, books, dvds if hanging out at villa...properly heated pool which is a decent size with plenty of loungers...upstairs terrace with partial sea view and downstairs patio...air con and black out curtains in bedrooms..10 min stroll from the beach and start of main strip with shops, restaurants and bars aplenty. ...there is very slight incline going up to the villa from the promenade but nothing major..15 euros in taxi from airport..spotlessly clean..beach towels...previous guests leave whatever they haven't used which is a nice bonus to open fridge to find wine beers and juice in there as well as all the basics like coffee tea bags salt and pepper..also suncream etc...although that's all just depended on the previous guests and doesn't come as standard 😀....but it was nice...we love this villa..been twice now and planning to go back

New sun beds, table and chairs make for a comfortable sit in the shade! So close to beach and shops. Nicky, Jack and Nat were on hand for anything! Won't go anywhere else! Well done All!

Excellent location
By AMMcQ on 06-Oct-2024We loved our stay at Villa Valeria so much so we are returning for two weeks. It's spacious and has all the amenities you would require with the added bonus of a lovely heated pool. I like it that the owners encourage recycling and we left a lot of things like sun lotion, shampoo, etc to benefit the incoming guests as we benefitted from those outgoing. Another plus is the beach towels provided which free's up space in your case. Location was perfect as it's on the flat so ideal for anyone who wants to avoid the many upclines in Lanzarote. It's a few minutes walk to the main strip where there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Overall, we rate it at 5 stars and highly recommended.
