A superb villa in a prime location with all amenities on hand. Casa Troy consists of 5 spacious bedrooms, with 2 smaller twin rooms accessed through the two super king rooms on the lower level making excellent family rooms. All three superking rooms and lounge have air conditioning/heating (coin-operated) installed. Three rooms have superking beds, three have twin beds and one has bunk beds. The rooms that lead off from the downstairs bedrooms are only left open when the villa is operating at full capacity.
There are 4 full sized bathrooms, three with twin sinks and large showers, one with a bath with shower over the bath, 3 are also en-suite bathrooms. This modern tastefully designed villa is light and spacious and would be ideal for large families and groups of friends. Satellite TV with 60" flat screen TV including all sky sports and movies, a games console. Free Wifi is included. The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite surfaces and a separate utility room/drying area. Relax and enjoy the private south facing sun terraces furnished with comfortable sun loungers, pool table and a large hot tub Jacuzzi soothing away any feelings of stress with hydro air massage. Enjoy a swim in the full sized electricity heated salt water pool (heated year round) and later dine by moonlight on the outside dining area providing that special 'al fresco' experience.

Fantastic Holiday
By Jill on 04-Apr-2026What an amazing holiday to celebrate my 70th Birthday with my family of 10. A lovely spacious villa with a great hot tub & pool table. A lovely touch to have a Birthday card waiting for me & a couple of bottle of bubbly & some essential supplies. Such a very thoughtful gesture. Everything was clean, tidy, well stocked with crockery etc. A 15 minute walk to the Harbour, some great places to eat. About 20 min walk to beaches. Supermarket just down the hill from the villa. We used Suntransfers taxis from airport to villa & return. It was great for all of us to travel together. Would highly recommend them. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.
Family stay March/April 2026
By Roche family on 26-Mar-2026We loved our stay in Casa Troy. We stayed for a week at the end of March/start of April 2026. We were an extended family group, with 7 kids from 3 to 10y old, and 6 adults. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms, as described. The house was really well stocked with crockery, utensils, bath and pool towels, pillows etc. It had everything we could need. The heated pool was fantastic for the time of year when the weather was hot but water temperatures were not. We all also loved the pool table, hot tub and the great outside seating area. Good Wi-Fi. Host is fantastic, great communication. The villa is a short walk (downhill) to shops, restaurants, pubs. We often walked down to the old town for food, after some might get a taxi home (~€3) while others would walk home. Car rental also very reasonably priced and the villa is a great location to go off and explore other areas on the island, like the volcanos and wineries. 10min drive from airport. Overall Casa Troy was a fantastic place for our extended family holiday stay and we would highly recommend.
Second time staying in the wonderful Casa Troy
By Selina on 08-Nov-2025This was our second stay at Casa Troy, and we could not recommend this villa enough. The amenities offered at the villa are over and above and it has everything you can think of including an air fryer! A big plus for us was how child-friendly it is with stair gates, cots, highchairs, everything you could need including kids’ cutlery and tableware! The heated pool was a bonus as we spent a lot of time in and out of the pool. On arrival the fridge had a lovely welcome pack with all of the essentials you need, which was fantastic as we arrived late evening. The location of the villa is perfect and within walking distance to both the old and new town. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and she was so helpful and quick to respond to any queries that we had. We have already booked our next stay in Casa Troy for May and we can’t wait!
Twixmas and New Year trip
By Vicki on 27-Dec-2025We have just returned from a fantastic visit at Casa Troy. We were a group of 10 adults ( family and friends ) and we were not disappointed. Spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and all the facilities you need. The outdoor area runs along the south facing side of the building and gives you plenty of space. There were 14 sun beds available ( you were not squashed ) with beach towels available for you to use for each. A large fridge / freezer helped hold all the food and drink we needed. A dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, toastie maker are just some of the appliances available. The walk down to the local supermarket was manageable and a few choices of eateries can be seen. We got take out pizzas from one of the restaurants on our first night as we arrived quite late. Go down the hill and turn right to the harbour, turn left and get down to the strip. We would happily restay at Casa Troy. Joice was fantastic at communicating. A helpful guide book was also available with lots of hints about the property and local area.
Fantastic Christmas stay in this wonderful villa
By Nicola Day on 20-Dec-2025We booked casa Troy for a week over Christmas for all our family 12 of us aged 7yrs to 67yr And what a fantastic experience we had the villa was spotless clean with a lovely welcome pack on arrival great after a long day travelling ,the owner even put us up a Christmas tree which was a nice surprise which we all loved the hot tub pool table bbq was just great and we enjoyed using them every day The villa is very private with high walls but beautiful views If u have walking difficulties u may need to taxi into the town as my parents did fir a small taxi fare but we had a leisurely walk I would honestly book this villa again thanks fir such an excellent experience Nicola & family
Wonderful holiday and villa!
By Cathy on 03-Jul-2025Spent a week in July at this wonderful villa with my family. There was 7 of us and plenty of room. Villa very spacious and loved the outdoor dining area, pool table, jacuzzi and pool. Town a 10-15 min walk but taxi needed (cheap) if any mobility issues due to hill but very manageable. Puerto Del Carmen never disappoints with wonderful restaurants and plenty to do . Recommend rancho Texas night for families. Would recommend Casa Troy and would definitely return.
