Villa Mara is a wonderful 5 bedroom villa set in a quiet residential area of Santa Ponsa and in a great location for the Tennis Academy. The exclusive area and beaches of Port Adriano and Santa Ponsa are also only a short drive away. Villa Mara is set at the bottom of a private drive way which has electric gates. The 1.5 acre plot gives complete privacy and tranquility.

On the ground floor is a good size open plan living/dining area with access to the outdoor area. Plenty of comfortable sofas surround the feature fireplace. Exposed beams add to the character and feel of the villa. Large doors leading to the pool area allow for natural light to flood the area. There is also a smaller living room/sung with a TV. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for a self catering villa holiday. There is plenty of storage and a separate utility room.

Also on the ground floor is the Master bedroom suite. This room is elegant and is furnished beautifully, it has a lovely en suite bathroom with walk in wardrobes, dressing are and access to the garden/pool area.
There are 3 further bedrooms on the upper level. These are configurated as 1 x double and 2 x twins. Each with good storage and fitted wardrobes and a further 3 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are fitted to a high standard. The fifth bedroom is located in the casita which has its own kitchenette, bathroom and air conditioning.

The 5th bedroom is located in a casita in the grounds, there is an extra charge of 750€ a week for this.

The grounds are well maintained and has wonderful grassed areas for the children to kick a ball around. The pool area is a great size and has plenty of sunbeds surrounding. There are shaded areas with dinning table and a Webber BBQ for family meals. There is also a ping pong table to entertain everyone! Villa Mara is in the perfect location just a 5 minute walk to the Tennis Academy, the centre of Santa Ponsa is just a short drive away and the chic area of Port Adriano is also just a short distance away. PLEASE NOTE THE ADVERTISED PRICE IS BASED ON 8 CLIENTS USING THE MAIN VILLA , THERE IS A 750€ PER WEEK CHARGE FOR USE OF THE 5TH BEDROOM WHICH IS IN CASITA IN THE GROUNDS .
