We had a fabulous week here
By Rachael on 01-Aug-2026We had a fabulous week here - Ashley was incredible responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for two big families, lots of private spaces, games and outside space. The pool was fab and the table tennis added lots of fun. The area is very quiet which is what we wanted but some great outings for kayaking, cognac tasting, beach and chateau visiting. Would highly recommend x
The chateau is beautiful in every way
By Leo and Family on 18-Jul-2026We had a wonderful week staying here. The chateau is very large with many bedrooms and living space downstairs to get lost in. Externally the grounds are amazing with seating, bbq, gardens, pool areas, even better than the photos. Very relaxing and definitely the place to get away from it all with family / extended family. Thanks for having us. Leo
An amazing property in a beautiful location.
By Karen Clark on 27-Jun-2026We loved everything about our stay at this property which far exceeded our expectations. The rooms are huge and beautifully furnished with everything you could need . The pool is great for adults and children and we loved the different areas of the garden so everyone could have their own space though we tended to congregate in the courtyard for dinner together every evening. It was so quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the countryside, amazing sunsets and clear views of the stars at night. The bedrooms are all good sizes plus 3 bathrooms and a well appointed main kitchen and further kitchen/utility area. Ashley, the owner, responded promptly to our one concern re the pool filter which was struggling to work in the extremely hot weather and sorted the issue in less than 24 hours. Despite the hot weather the house was cool and comfortable. We have stayed in many properties in France over the years and this was by far the best .

Thank you also for leaving the house so clean and tidy – it was very much appreciated. It was a pleasure having you stay, and we'd be delighted to welcome you back if you're ever planning another trip to the area.
Lovely property
By Lesley Burchell on 03-Jun-2026Family stayed here close to son’s wedding venue. Lovely property, everything you needed to enjoy our stay. Communication with Ashley was great so if we had any problems I could get hold of him easily ( but we didn’t). Would highly recommend.
Our stay at Le Logis
By Philippe P on 02-Aug-2025Our family spent a very enjoyable two weeks at Le Logis. The house, swimming pool and surroundings proved ideal for the relaxed holiday we hoped for. The house is charming and well appointed, with all the mod cons one would need (including for those that like to cook). Maxine and Ashley were quick to respond and provide help when we had questions. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending a stay at Le Logis.
Probably the best rental house for a family holiday that we have had.
By Diana Hubrecht on 26-Jul-2025The house is a large attractive, characterful, quiet and beautifully fitted out former farm house surrounded by vineyards. It was a great place to stay with a large family which included young children. It was comfortable, very well provisioned, with loads of space for everybody. The owners went out of their way to meet our needs. There was a games cupboard, boules and table tennis as well as other games that could be played in a large courtyard. The pool was a lovely place to relax and watch the sun set and the property as a whole a great base to explore the Cognac region. It was a very special holiday, and thanks to the owners for being so kind and helpful.
