Description
Stunning villa located within an ancient olive grove in highly sought after North East Corfu. The villa sleeps 8 in four king size rooms or can be set up as 3 twins and one kingsize bed ~ all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, a built in wardrobe, ceiling fans and air conditioning.The villa boasts a beautiful infinity pool with exceptional views over the Albanian coastline, fantastic outdoor kitchen bbq area with dining table and 2 further sofa seating areas to relax on. All rooms are en suite with further guest WC on the ground floor. There is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, ceiling fans, flat screen smart TV and Starlink fast WIFI! The kitchen is fully fitted with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob, 2 x tall fridge & freezers and a laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer.
There is a fantastic local supermarket, bakery and fishmongers 5 minutes walk away and larger supermarkets within a 15 minute drive to Kassiopi.
The picturesque port of San Stefanos is a 20 minute walk / 10 minute drive with many tavernas, two late night bars showing sport with a pool table (ideal for teens), two supermarkets, ATM, boat hire & some fantastic gift / clothes shops.
Beautiful Kerasia Bay is directly below the villa and a 10 minute walk down the hill with its stunning pebble beach, pedalo hire, shop, taverna and snack bar.
There are many other beautiful bays within a short drive including Agni, Avlaki, Koloura & Kalami (where Gerald Durrels' famous White House is located). A taxi boat can be booked from San Stefanos to most of these bays to enable you to go for lunch / supper via sea.
Boat hire is highly recommend as a way to explore the island's coastline - anchor up for a swim / snorkel before heading to one of the superb tavernas dotted along the coastline for lunch!
Kassiopi is the nearest town: A 10-15 minute drive with its many souvenir shops, tavernas, bars, ATM, pharmacy and the local GP practice. Just outside Kassiopi there is also a tennis court that can be hired.
Corfu Town offers shops, restaurants and delicious homemade ice cream cafes. Corfu Old Town is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and well worth a visit!
Corfu is a wonderful island for a romantic break, family holiday or time away with a group of friends. It has a lovely relaxed feel with lots of beaches, tavernas and coastline walks to explore. This beautiful villa has been built & designed with space, comfort and superb views in mind - Family owned (and built), we have been visiting Corfu since we were teenagers and this villa is very much loved and taken care of, with a fabulous home from home feel.

Beautiful villa, scenery and location!
By Dan on 30-Aug-2026As a group of 4 couples Harriet’s villa was perfect, with stunning uninterrupted views, a quiet setting yet easy reach to amenities (and a bigger pool than the photos suggest I think!). Harriet and her cleaner were great communicators and were there to help regardless of question. The Villa was stocked with everything you’d need. Would go back in a heartbeat!
Fantastic house with beautiful views
By Joe and Casey on 25-May-2026We stayed for 10 days in June 2026 and had a brilliant break with our children. The house is in a lovely location with stunning views and beautiful surroundings. There is a lovely, albeit steep walk down to the bay and a simple Taverna. From here you can also walk along the coastline to the next bays. There are numerous fantastic beaches nearby with some excellent foody Tavernas, water sports etc A short walk from the house is a small but well stocked supermarket, bakery, fish monger and wine shop, perfect!! We spent lots of time in the lovely infinity pool admiring the coastal views. There are so many local restaurants that we ate out most of the time but there is a reasonably well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms had great aircon and comfy beds! Harriett was very good on communications with bookings etc. She gave us very good tips on bays to visit and restaurants to try. Overall an excellent stay and would definitely return, Yamas!
Stunning house with beautiful views

Everything you need is close by, including wonderful tavernas, beaches and bars. It works perfectly for both family holidays with children and trips away with friends. I look forward to returning again soon.
Idyllic stay for a multigenerational family holiday
By Phoebe Traill on 07-Sep-2025Villa Madeleina provided the perfect location for our family of 7 to get together. Parents, grown up children and baby grandchild. All the bedrooms were lovely each with king bed and ensuite. We arrived after dark so it was amazing to wake up to look out at the fabulous view. Harriet is an extremely responsive and helpful host making sure we had everything we needed including extras for the baby. Elefteria came to clean and remove rubbish twice during our stay which was very much appreciated. She speaks perfect English and was so friendly we felt very well looked after. Marios the gardener was also very helpful providing coffee burners to deter the wasps when eating outside. We discovered the lovely coves nearby for swimming, and ate out a couple of times, everything we wanted to do was within a short drive, it was so relaxing.
Perfect Family Villa

Highly recommend a walk to Sinies to the supermarket & cafe (5mins) and walk to Kerasia (15mins) lovely taverna by the sea. We hope to return year
