Pool heating is available on request for an additional fee.

Get away from it all when you choose the charming Villa St. Nicholas House in the resort town of Dassia in Corfu island. Up to 12 adults and 2 children can stay in this stylish villa, making it the perfect location for a group or family vacation.
The magnificent detached Villa is ideally situated in a picturesque rural area, just a short distance from restaurants, shops, and lovely sandy beaches. The swim in the morning is only 300m away.
This modern designed villa is constructed over three floors with the main floor living area particularly spacious and bright, and with large patio doors leading out to the front terrace, allows attentive parents to supervise the younger family members splashing about in the swimming pool from the comfort of the lovely outdoor sofa’s, a perfect vantage point for the hotter parts of the day!
The beautiful balcony overlooking the partially sea view from the upstairs bedrooms is the ideal place to enjoy a well-earned sundowner at the end of the day! This villa is ideal for large family get-togethers or groups of friends because it has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. What more could you want from a vacation villa? This really is a tranquil location with lovely gardens, a fantastic private pool, and less than a 5-minute stroll from the beach and resort amenities.
The ground floor has separate entrance and consists of two bedrooms, living - dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
On the main floor you've got the main comfortable living room-dining area with three double sofas and two arm-chairs, coffee tables, TV with satellite and DVD/CD player, the fully equipped kitchen, along with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an extra WC with walk-in shower .
On the upper floor, there's a large bathroom with a glamorous corner bath and twin basins, the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea view.
There's also 2 twin bedrooms on this floor.
Previous guests, mostly extended families or friends, have remarked how this setup allows them to enjoy privacy when they choose to take some moments away from the group.

By Joanna on 11-Jul-2026We had a wonderful stay with our family of 7 adults and 4 children. The villa is perfectly set up for large families. The grounds were pristine and the pool was a huge hit with everyone. Lots of different seating areas to eat/chill around. Dinos is a tremendous host and couldn’t have been more helpful with organising taxis/boat trips/providing local recommendations. The small beach at the end of the road was a lovely surprise. We hired cars as we done a few day trips but you could easily manage without as there are many restaurants in walking distance and the bus to Corfu town is at the end of the road. Overall a fantastic trip and couldn’t recommend the villa enough, thank you Dinos!

By Clare L. on 20-Jun-2026I have absolutely no complaints about this property and would highly recommend. The photos, in my opinion, don’t do the property justice. It was spacious, clean, very well equipped, very comfortable. Dinos son Alex was there to greet us when we arrived, and was the most helpful, on hand, genuinely nice guy you could meet, his response time to messages was almost instant and nothing was a problem. You may realise if you have read this that we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

By Alison on 15-May-2026Dinos house is great! There is a separate apartment with the second kitchen, a double bedroom and twin bedroom downstairs. This worked very well for our daughter and her family. The other four bedrooms are in the main house above. Dinos is a great host, very friendly, kind and responded quickly. We were very grateful when he did this the evening we managed to lock ourselves out . The different sitting areas and balcony’s were beautiful. The pool was great and cleaned regularly. Having a table tennis table added to the entertainment! The cleaners came halfway through our six night stay and changed the sheets and cleaned the house, this was great too. Local supermarkets easy to get to and a Lidl 15 mins away. We visited some beautiful villages to the north and Corfu old town. I would recommend Dinos house!
