Sleeps 2/3. One bedroom house with private pool. Petrinos cottage is the perfect rural retreat. A traditional stone villa with a terracotta-tiled roof, it sits in gorgeous green grounds with swishing trees and pretty gardens. The blue flag St. Nicholas beach is only a short 5 minutes walk. Ideal for summer and winter holidays as well as for long term rentals.
The covered patio area with table and chairs providing a perfect al fresco dining area.
From here the entrance leads to a high ceiling'd open sitting/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is fitted with shower, WC and washbasin. A spiral staircase leads up to a galleried area with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The decor is tastefully designed, combining natural materials in a modern style with care and attention to detail.

Petrinos cottage located in Dassia on the northeast coast of Corfu in green and peaceful area, with cypress, walnut and olive trees. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s got the location-factor, then Petrinos Cottage will be right up your holiday street. A pretty five minute stroll takes you to nearby Dassia with its shops, bars and restaurants or the silky-soft sands of St Nicholas beach. And if you really want to crank up the pace, Corfu Town is about a 15 minute drive. However you spend your time at this rustic bolthole, it’s the perfect place for a serene Greek escape.
Dining out in Dassia:
Dassia has an abundance of quality restaurants offering a good selection ranging from traditional Greek cuisine and unique Corfiot dishes to Italian and Indian. There are plenty of tavernas to choose from which is one of the main reasons we would not recommend any of the all-inclusive on offer in the resort. There is a good range of both basic tavernas and quality restaurants to keep everyone happy.
Nightlife in Dassia:
Evening entertainment in Dassia is relaxed, laid back and varied. There are enough bars to keep everyone happy, but Dassia is not a lively nightclub resort as such.

We had a wonderful week at Petrinos Cottage.
By Louise on 29-Aug-2026We had a wonderful week at Petrinos Cottage. The house was beautifully clean and has everything there that you could possibly need. We spent most of our time in the lovely garden, enjoying the pool and didn’t venture far except for a great day in Corfu Town which is easy to get to on the bus. Both Marcus and Alex (Dinos’ sons) were exceptionally helpful and arranged to pick us up from our first week’s accommodation and drop us to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble and a slight issue with the pool was dealt with very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

Shops and restaurants within walking distance and a small beach a few minutes walk from the cottage, but recommend exploring Corfu as it’s beautiful!

A good base to explore Corfu. Dinos was very helpful and responsive, his recommendations were very useful! We definitely recommend the cottage.

By Brett on 25-Jul-2026We had a wonderful stay. A beautiful private villa and pool in a wonderful location. Dinos was a wonderful, friendly host and arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the airport which was a great help. He gave us a load of great recommendations and let us know when cleaners would be over in case we wanted to head out for a bit. The villa itself was very comfortable and had AC and an extra fan so we were always nice and cool at night. There’s multiple restaurants/shops that are a quick 5 minute walk from the villa in Dassia, as is a lovely beach. One great bonus was the villa is located between Ipsos and Corfu old town so we spent multiple evenings in both locations. Corfu old town is beautiful and has some great history with the two forts. Ipsos is great for the beach and has multiple seaside restaurants. It’s a bit closer so a great option to mix things up. We got the bus to both locations very easily and you can buy tickets in the bus (roughly 2.50 euros). Miss it already!

By Nina M. on 10-Jul-2026We had an amazing time staying here at Petrinos cottage, it was exactly what we needed! The pool was beautiful & our favourite part, used it every day! The cottage was clean & had everything we needed for the week’s holiday, it was in the perfect location to get to and from Dassia by walking with lots of restaurants nearby. The beach is also down the road which was really nice to swim at! We didn’t hire a car, but used the buses which were really reliable and easy to use. The bus stops is at the end of the road & you can visit different areas or get to Corfu town easily from there. Dinos was really helpful and provided us with lots of recommendations so we could make the most of our holiday. Thank you so much!!
A delightful set up!

We were a little nervous about the weather in May but we shouldn’t have been it was too hot So swimming pool was a godsend and was cleaned very regularly. Dinos was as lovely as prior reviews mention and we couldn’t have asked more of him- he was a delight. Cleaning was frequent and done properly by a lovely lady. We were bitten by mosquitoes on first night but took precautions thereafter so just be aware. Tavernas in Dassia were mostly lovely and buses to Ipsos and Corfu Town efficient and value for money. A delightful set up professionally run but with a personal touch which is worth its weight in gold. K&Z
