Kassiopi is the jewel of the Emerald Isle, Corfu. Kassiopi has evolved from a traditional fishing village and has grown into a modern & affluent holiday resort which has charmed visitors with its rich heritage and unique position in the Northeast of the Island, whilst maintaining that historic Greek feel. Kassiopi central square is a mere 12 minutes (1km) gentle walk from Little Olive Press. With abundant fantastic restaurants serving 'catch of the day', trendy bars where you can people watch, walks around the headland and an array of beaches Kassiopi has something for everyone.. If you are looking for day time activities you will not be disappointed either. There are a number of excursions provided by the agents in the village, including Corfu Town, Old Perethia and Mount Panokrator day trips. Also a number of different boat trips from the harbour, or even hire your own boats for the day to find those secluded bays yourself! Aqualand is not far away for those with children who seek a fun-filled day out.
The main event is the outside sun terrace with panoramic sea views. Here you will find the sheltered outside kitchen (BBQ and pizza oven), large outside dining table and outdoor sofas, which leads onto the private pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is a child friendly shallow section to the pool. Downstairs terrace with outside lounge seating area under citrus trees and more spectacular sea views.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property as well as under-floor heating should you wish to come in the cooler months. All windows along withs the patio doors in every bedroom have shutters and insect nets. Towels, pool towels and 100% cotton sheets provided during your stay. All mattresses are Imperial Strom. 2 travel cots and highchair available. We can organise a private chef if you wish to be wined and dined throughout your stay. By Mrs Smith on 20-Oct-2026I hosted my first Corfu cooking & local culture retreat at The Little Olive Press, Kassiopi at the end of September ‘26. I comfortably hosted ten guests in the five bedrooms upstairs, allocated one kitchen to them for breakfast and drinks, and used the other kitchen to do workshops in. We ate on the terrace every night and used the outdoor kitchen to host a pizza making night and a Greek BBQ on the final evening. We had everything we needed, Jonathan & his team were very helpful and the villa itself is in a beautiful and convenient location. I will be back with another group of guests next year!

A huge thank you to Jonathan for fantastic communication throughout our booking and stay, as well as the wonderful team back at the villa. Every query or small issue was answered instantly, making us feel completely looked after. The villa itself is gorgeous—the pool area and the incredible views across the sea to the mountains are even better in person. It’s quiet, private, and equipped with everything you need for a sun-soaked holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

By Mrs Richards on 22-Sep-2026Wow...what can I say about this absolute gem. Stunningly beautiful, amazing panoramic views. It was an ideal setting for my Retreat. Only a 15 minute stroll in Kassiopi. We couldn't find one thing we didn't love about it. I cannot recommend it enough. Jonathan was available all the time for any tiny queries...like where is the festoon light switch above the outside dining table ha ha. This place will stay with me forever!!!

By Mrs Howell on 17-Sep-2026We stayed at The Little Olive Press for 10 days this summer – myself, my husband, our three-and-a-half-year-old, and both sets of grandparents! We've been coming to Kassiopi for many years and have stayed in numerous villas, but The Little Olive Press is one of the best we've experienced. The two beautiful terraces with stunning views gave us different spaces to relax in, and the two kitchens (each with its own oven, fridge and dishwasher) made entertaining easy. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area got plenty of use too. And then there's the pool – where our son learned to swim unaided, a highlight none of us will ever forget! With three generations under one roof, having so much space meant we never felt cramped or got under each other's feet. Thoughtful touches included a welcome pack, pool towels, and a cool box which added to our comfort from the moment we arrived. The WhatsApp group also made communication easy and reassuring, both before and during our stay, with Jonathan in the UK and Alex in resort always quick to respond. For eating out, we love Imerolia Taverna, Cavo Barbaro at Avlaki Beach, and Uncle Simos in Kassiopi harbour. If you'd rather stay in with a takeaway, San Tis Mama does excellent traditional Greek food (order ahead during the day), and Little Italy is great for pizza. We also discovered the sandy beach at Kalamaki, a few miles north of Kassiopi, which was a huge hit with our son.
