Description
Villa Mylos features a large living room upon entering the property and an open plan kitchen dining area. The ground floor is designed around a circular stairway that boasts a beautifully carved wooden staircase.The ground floor also has a Double Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and its own private balcony looking onto the front of house with a small side gate opening up onto the pool area.
A guest WC and laundry room is in the hallway with a back door that opens to the rear terrace, barbeque and poolside area.
The first floor has three bedrooms all of which have air-conditioning/heating and their own private balcony or patio with wonderful views: 2 Twin Bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and 1 Double Bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
There is ample parking in the front of Villa Mylos with direct access to the pool area. The entire property is surrounded by a stoned wall, fruit trees and flowers.
