A great little house with a private pool in the the village of Loustri, Gimari near Kalami and Agni.
Bedding changed once a week and towels twice a week. Pool/beach towels provided.
2 bedrooms (one with kingsize bed and one with twin beds). House bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. En-suite WC and basin to the main bedroom (with kingsize bed). Small pool is 4.5 metres (max) by 3.7 metres and 1.6 metres deep (water depth 1.4 metres). The pool has two wide steps and then drops straight down to 1.4 metres. THERE IS NO SHALLOW END as such. Plus it has a bungee rope for non-stop swimming! Pool is 26 to 30 degrees in June, July, August but colder other months - too cold to swim in early May! Outside shower. Gas BBQ. Loads of outside space with large table, chairs, sunbeds and 3 sun umbrellas. Agni and Yaliscari beaches within a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive to Yaliscari, 10 minute drive to Agni). Kalami within a 25 minutes walk (5 minute drive). Steep climb back. Supermarkets deliver to the villa. Great spot for walkers in low or shoulder seasons. Only 1 step down into the villa from the road (4 more to pool area) so suitable for those with walking difficulties. Starlink WiFi. Air-Con. UK and Worldwide TV stations. All you would expect! By Paul M on 08-Jun-2026Pepe's House is an absolutely stunning place to stay.The photos do not portray how beautiful the views are and how lovely the villa is. It is far bigger than we imagined based on the VBRO photographs. Outside it is superbly designed, with so many different areas to sit and relax, with absolutely stunning views from sunrise to sunset. The pool is also a lovely size for the accommodation given the location.Inside, the villa is spotless with pretty much everything you could wish for - attention to detail was fantastic.Just go. You will love it.

It was well equipped and the outdoor space and pool very welcome.We visited a number of beaches, our favourites being Yaliskari and Kalamaki.We hired a boat (Agni) and had a wonderful day out. The highlight was seeing a Dolphin Display. We had some really good meals out - Taverna Agni and Thomas’s Place were fabulous but the standard was good everywhere we went.Thank you for providing such extensive information, it was so useful and we made full use of it.Wonderful holiday and would highly recommend Pepe’s.

Beautiful cottage
