Fantastic stay with stunning views

The location on the northern coast near Acharavi is peaceful and quiet, with stunning hillside views down toward the sea — you can even see Albania in the distance. The villa itself is new, spacious, and really tastefully designed, with every room a generous size. Mimoza and Jimmy were wonderful hosts — warm, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. Overall a fantastic stay and a great base for exploring the northeast coast. Highly recommend!

Ideal Location with a Unique Sea View

The villa is equipped with high-quality furnishings, and everything has been thought of. The beautiful pool and the unique sea view in particular made our stay unforgettable. The location is ideal – in a quiet location, yet the nearest larger town can be reached in just about five minutes by car. Thanks to the air conditioning, you could cool off very well inside the house. Mimoza and her husband were very warm, helpful and always available when we had a question. We felt welcome and completely comfortable from the first moment. We can fully recommend this place and very much hope to be able to come back at some point. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!
Absolutely Stunning with breathtaking views

Every room had beautiful sea and pool views, making it feel special no matter where you were. The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail throughout. The interior design was stunning, and having en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom was a huge bonus. The infinity pool was the perfect size, and the villa was so peaceful and quiet the perfect place to relax. Mimoza and her husband were incredible hosts and looked after us so well during our stay. They were so kind, welcoming, and couldn't have done any more for us. There was honestly nothing we could fault about the villa. Everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed as a group of six girls for my friend's hen weekend and couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. The views are simply incredible, the villa is beautiful, and our only wish is that we had booked for longer!

The house was very spacious, beautiful inside and out, clean and equipped with every comfort. The private swimming pool was absolutely a highlight: wonderful to enjoy in peace. The privacy was also excellent, which meant we could really relax. A perfect place for a luxurious and carefree holiday. Definitely recommended, we'd love to come back.
